Chicken was good the potato wedges ok but watched the person in the kitchen handle the food he loaded into the boxes with his bare hands. Not sure how sanitary this is when he touches other items in the kitchen and didn't see him wash. The staff at the tills were wearing gloves but handled money then went into the kitchen hopefully not to load the boxes without changing their gloves.
Staff could be a bit more friendlier and acknowledge you when you come in instead of just make you stand there for the first 3 or 4 minutes before they acknowledge you. The food was good and fresh and hot.
Great service, spicy big Mary was good especially on such a beautiful Monday evening. Would go again. Also got the plant based sidekick sandwich, Twas great!
The food is good, the service is horrendous. They will take orders from everyone in line before they give you your food, which means it can sit upwards of 15 minutes behind them (getting cold this entire time mind you). It happens everytime there are others in line, when it would take 30 seconds to put it in a bag. Unless it changes I won't go back in person, it's gotten ridiculous.
Today was my first time ever trying Mary Browns. It was really very good. I had a chicken sandwich and potato wedges. It was a nice piece of chicken breast meat. Very tasty. I don't eat out that much, however I would go back. Nice and friendly staff. ?

Did not enjoy at all. I ordered thru skip the dishes. When I received the chicken breasts were sooo over deep fried, the chicken was so dried out and the coating cut my gums. Couldn't even eat it. The 2 wings that came with it were more edible but zero seasoning and flavour. The fries were awful but the tater wedges at least had some bite and kick to them. I wouldn't recommend since buying from a grocery store deli would be less expensive with more flavor. Sorry.

Always fresh ,hot chicken with minimal batter. Much better than KFC in my (overly) experienced opinion
Very bad service. Still 25 min before closing and I asked politely if I can eat it inside since it's cold outside. They said yes, then later said no. I said I will eat it quickly and still declined. Further, the server was like, "I said I am sorry. It is my mistake! We can refund it if you want." I have worked in the food industry for years: instead of just letting me eat inside quick, I got such remarks. I wonder how they treat others...
