My Mom and I ordered nachos and noticed there was hardly any cheese so I showed them. To solve the problem they put more cheese, but melted it in the microwave, over top of tomatoes and sour cream. They served it back to us if that was acceptable. Didn’t apologize or even give us eye contact. When I said we were going to eat that, she took them away. They apologize. They didn’t fix the problem, they didn’t even acknowledge us and my poor mom got nothing in return for the money spent. It’s horrible customer service. Honestly, it didn’t have to be an issue but the way they handled it was made it an issue. It was very disappointing & a waste of money. It may be good sometimes but I wouldn’t go back. Tons of other places to go where they actual respect their customers.

We decided to get lunch at Latin Fiesta Mexican Restaurant before heading out to a few wineries. It’s a Mexican/Salvadorian restaurant.- Enchilada platter ($15.00) - we opted for the beef and green sauce (tomatillo). Nice that they offer the option to get both sauces (red and green). Plenty of sauce given and the tomatillo came through. The ground beef was nicely seasoned.- 3x Classic tacos ($4.00 each) - we tried one asada, pastor and carnita. The pastor was our favourite. Most surprising thing was their homemade salsa. Really elevated the tacos to another level.Good Mexican food is hard to find but we enjoyed our meal at Latin Festival. Will have to try the pupusas and tamales next time. 3.5 stars.

Best mexican food in Kelowna. Very reasonable pricing.

Extremely disappointing lunch at Latin Fiesta. Reviews are definitely fabricated and manipulated. Don’t trust! We ordered burrito bowls with chicken which should’ve included chicken, guacamole, beans and some more stuff according to the display. I was given a bowl of rice and some pieces of chicken with some nachos on top. When I asked the waitress who served me, she lied straight on my face that’s how they serve it. I showed her the display menu and she just mumbled something and went away. Restaurant manager accepted that all these things should have been added but didn’t do anything about it. I love Mexican food and I must say this has been the worst experience ever. I would recommend ppl who want to visit to either check their plates before eating or try some other place. We are not going there for free or discounted rates. We are paying the full price and we deserve what we pay for. I must say I won’t return there and the service was extremely unprofessional & disappointment to say the least.

The food is pretty authentic. I ordered tortilla soup and it tasted fantastic. The chicken and beef fiesta burritos were a bit bland- they need a little salt to taste or a little spice in them. The service was fast.

Quite and cute ambience with friendly staff and quick service. Had my order prepped in last 5 min of closing. The vegetarian enchiladas got a bit soggy by the time I reached home but the sauce was amazing.

I ordered dinner to go from your restaurant today. While the food was great as always, your portions are much smaller that they used to be, and your prices are much higher. Your prices on your webpage are much lower than in your restaurant. (Something I didn’t realize until I paid for my order). Also, the drink that goes with the kids meal was not in the bag with my order to go.

This restaurant used to be really really good until new owners bought. Picked up a meal, it is a laughing joke. Tortillas with one tablespoon of chicken in them each, there was literally two tablespoons of refried beans, a small tablespoon of lettuce with no guacamole on it and about three tablespoons of rice that was sticky and gluey. Will never be returning to this restaurant in the future. When I called and talked to an employee, told him how disappointed I was in their food he said thank you. No retribution at all as to how to make it better. They don't care about their customers anymore.$45 for three plates of food that left us all hungry. The new owners are an absolute joke!!!!!!! If you want really good authentic Mexican just go down the road to Salsa and Sabor on Hollywood. They will be putting this restaurant out of business

Used to be one of my favorite places, with old owners I could get a good quantity of delicious food for a reasonable price. After last meal won't be giving them my buisness again, they've cut their portions and raised prices, and it's not about the money, I get it, supplies cost more, I don't mind paying more, this is not the issue tho. The quality has gone down significantly, the chicken enchilada meal used to have me full by the end, now you get about a tablespoon of beans, a little more rice but apparently new owners don't know how to cook rice as it's all clumped together, opened one of my enchiladas, and there was nothing else in it except the chicken, which there was also only about a tablespoon in each enchilada, and on top of that, I scooped some of the chicken out and ate it by itself, and I'm pretty much 100% sure it is canned chicken, can tell by the taste, pretty disgusting way to prepare food as a restaurant, astonishing how far this buisness has fallen from previously being one of my personall favorite restaurants in kelowna, no better than a fast food restaurant now, worse for how much it costs, 50$ for 3 chicken enchilada meals, and we are all still hungry
