My fav coffee shop in Kelowna! Tucked along the shops on Richter Street the is this amazing Kootenay Coffee Company. I am not an avid coffee drinker but I get my 1-2 cups per week here. The coffee does not have bitter or burned flavour, it just tastes great. It is so wonderful. Thank you.
Love the americano and vegan baked goods available. The lady working the Ritchter location is super friendly and provides great service. Did my paramedic program down the street and always felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Highly recommend choosing this little gem over the Starbucks up the road!

The management at the Rutland location are incredibly rude, disorganized, and inconsiderate. The service is mediocre and the owner of the location responds poorly and rudely to communication of any kind. The furniture at this location incredibly old and uncomfortable. If you are going to this coffee shop to work on your laptop, don't. The tables are unstable and creak whenever you move. The interior of the shop is stuffy and poorly ventilated with awful decor. A thoroughly disappointing experience.
Although we had to have our coffee outside, we throughly enjoyed. They had tables set up. Find sometimes independent coffee spots are a nice treat compared to the large franchises. We visited there every day while we were in Kelowna.
the barista was super nice & cool, great vibes every time I go in. Also the delicious coffee never misses!
