BUYERS BEWAREOrdered an 18 pieces of chicken bucket and it was absolutely disgusting, WAY TOO SALTY! The fries were cold and soggy. This will make people very sick if they eat this!Also did not add in a potato salad but charged me for it.I went back later and they did give me a full refund.
Incredibly bad service and food. I am currently 5 months pregnant and went in to get a chicken sandwich. The staff was rude but we got our food and went home and to my surprise I opened my chicken sandwich because the chicken was hard and when I opened it I see that the bread has mold in it! This is incredibly irresponsible and damaging for anyone let alone someone that is pregnant! We went back and the staff did not care and did not apologize for this. AVOID this place if you value your health.
Not good at all. Food is terrible. Chicken is really greasy and soggy like it has been deep fried poorly and left to sit for hours. Spend your hard earned dollars somewhere else.
Just bought a 3 piece meal 2 very small wings and a thigh. Cheapest cuts what a rip.greasy tasteless mess. I will never patronize again
I used to go there twice a week, not anymore the service was terrible waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich, the person behind the counter couldn’t understand English.I ordered a bucket of chicken, it was so greasy the bottom of the bucket was lined with grease also the oil was rancid. Please do not patronize this business.
When I got to the store the kitchen staff wasnt even wearing theirs masks properly, it was on their chins and I told the cashier to tell them to put it on and they all come to see who was saying that, ontop of that I asked for fresh food and once I got home to eat I couldn't even bite into my chicken burger because thats how old it was. I wish I could give 0 stars, worst experience ever especially when I just got off from 15 hour shift and just wanted a fresh burger.
This is the slowest Kfc in town. Ive been to this location 3 times. Each time ive waited 18 to 22min, no matter what ive ordered and no matter how many customers there are. I gave it a 2 because the food is usually hot and fresh, but if you need it fast, this isnt the place.
Terrible service. You could tell the woman didn’t want to be there. Tried first to order online because the website said it offered delivery but once we started the order it said this location doesn’t offer delivery. Checked then to see if we could do curb side pickup because again website said it was offered. Nope.We decided to drive there to order instead. When I got there and started placing my order for the meal I thought fries came with it but was rudely informed, with an eye roll, that fries were considered a side and not part of the meal. That changed my order so I needed to go check with my family and she again rolled her eyes. After I came back in she just said…so what do you want? You could tell this woman does not like her job.I placed my order and when I asked for plates and cutlery because we are in a hotel she quickly replied we don’t have cutlery here. Ok…I’ll just take plates then.We got our order and went back to the hotel. No plates or anything….napkins, salt, nothing. The fries were already cold and soggy, the macaroni salad didn’t taste right and the gravy was cold. It was a huge disappointment and now I understand why the ratings were so low. Definitely won’t eat there again.
This location has removed online ordering. This ended when the supply chain broke from Merritt flooding, but now it is a service this location doesn't offer.As a mobile customer, this essentially means I won't be coming anymore. Mostly a nitpick, but as a mobile only shopper for fast food now, the removal of this feature means I will go elsewhere.
Lots of mistakes done by the staffs. Not only once but many types, no cutlery have to eat salads with our hands. No napkins. Staffs need more training.
