No good dry out .. hot wings
Should have read the reveiws before choosing to buy the 3 peice meal here. I've been eating KFC for 55 years and never had such bad KFC food. Barely any original spice on the chicken. The chicken tasted like it had been infused with water. The corn side dish was horrible. I get a craving for KFC once in a while but whatever you do, don't get it here.
We visited around 4 times and the customer service here is horrible. We ordered 4 pieces and we got the smallest pieces ever. When i asked about this to the staff they were mean and arrogant. Some guy from the kitchen came outside and was arguing with us. We will never go back to this place. If there was an option to rate them below one star, I should have done that. Ordered a single 3 piece chicken, fries and gravy. Took over half an hour to receive and we still didn’t even get the gravy. Stood there and watched as handfuls of people (many of whom ordered after us) received their food but couldn’t get a straight answer as to why we had to wait 30+ min for 3 chicken strips and fries? Was told they were all frozen and needing cooking… at 1pm in a Saturday lunch rush? And it takes 30+ min to cook chicken strips? Employees didn’t seem to care much in the kitchen to move faster than turtle speed which probably didn’t help. I’ve never left a bad review like this, but it was very disappointing.
i work in the mall and visited this location in my short 30 mins break. and had the worst possible experience.i have no clue what was there in their zinger sandwich But it had an odor which almost made me puke . i guess it was oil the patty was fried in which was being used from last year or just the opposite of fresh lettuce. Either way it was inedible and i can assure that this was the worst chicken sandwich i have ever had.
Avoid ! The menu reads $4.49 for a 2 strip bucket and they will charge you $5.49 instead. Prices are not as advertised and there is no notice saying there is a price change. Cold soggy fries and limp chicken.
I’ve never had KFC that was this bad in my life.
Was at the KFC ? on Hwy 33 Rutland and the chicken was sooo greasy I thought I was bringing home the deep fryer!
If you want to spend money and still stay hungry, this is the place for you
Canceled my order after 4 hours. Since then it's been 32 phone calls with zero movement forward.7 hours of phone calls.The store location won't respond to my calls anymore, and dealing with corporate does nothing as they keep saying "call the store for a manager". So tomorrow I will go and block their drive through at 5 pm until it's resolved. Don't order from kfc.
