This used to be my favourite place when I was a kid , now it’s gone so down hill . Will never be back . Mary Browns chicken is way better
le Chicken was Finger - licking Good! Remember to ask for ketchup's.....I notice all fast food joints trying to save money by not automatically inserting ketchup packs. You have to ask or get hosed !
Stood at front counter waiting to order for about 5 minutes before having to interupt the employee that was busy showing his buddy his phone so i could find out that my order had been sitting there the whole time. Not that my business or lack there of in the future will make any difference but i guarantee i will patronize the other 2 kfc locations before i step foot in that restaurant again. Hopefully corporate sees reviews like this and takes away the franchise.
Dreadful. Confirmed our order 3x. They got it wrong anyway. They even lied to my face as they handed me the bag. They charged us for spicy chicken but gave us regular. Charged us for fries gave us none. All the chicken was old and soggy from the warmer. To be fair it was late, they were end of shift and probably tired. But what a waste of money. Just awful. Never. Again.
Ordered thru Skip the Dishes today which was fast. The fail was with KFC in filling my order. I paid extra for cold and flavorless gravy, got regular Pepsi instead of diet, got regular sized fries instead of mega despite paying extra for mega fries. Tried calling them but no answer. I won't be ordering again thru this location since no answer to phone calls to try to get some sort of credit for being shorted on order. Would not recommend as a result.
Small side order of coleslaw was so small it only filled half of a gravy container for 2.69 extra. Chicken was burnt. I'll never visit KFC again, anywhere.
Last 5 orders were messed up. Now we will never order from KFC again. If you can't do your job, then don't have the job.
It was the worst experience I have had at this it any other kfc location. Service was very unorganized. Not sure if the person behind the counter was high on something or perhaps just ill. He was missing people’s orders. The line up was long and he was zoned out. People walked out with out ordering. When we received the order it was cold and soggy personally witnessed people getting their order trying it and then throwing it in the garbage and walking out. Definitely won’t be back to this location. Not expecting much from kfc but the worst experience ever
Horrible customer service. My wife had a moldy bun and when she went back to return it they would not refund her. Instead offered a free meal…. This was off putting enough for to not want to eat there again.
Got food poisoning both times I ate here, literally couldn’t stop puking, thought I was gonna have to go to the hospital cause I was up all night long just puking and puking, now every time I smell fried chicken I also feel like puking, thanks for ruining fried chicken for me
