Amazing drinks. Superb service. Nice ambience.
This place is horrible. Walked in after smoking and the bartender accused us of having a roach in our pocket and told us we were giving her a headache. Will never set foot in jacks again. Ironic as the sign on the wall says "be groovy or leave". That place definitely wasn't groovy. We went next door to Craft where they said we smelled great and welcomed us with open arms and 5 star service.

Picture if you will. You enter a dark room, full of beautiful people. Everywhere you look. Beauty. It’s overwhelming, someone hands you a delicious cocktail. You have several. The bar team, kitchen staff and floor staff are outstanding. Also beautiful. You start to question if you’re in a painting, but you’re not. You’re in Jack’s.
Fantastic experience and lovely atmosphere. However, the drink prices are criminal. Also, the waiter charged me $15 dollars for a drink I didn’t order. Guess they don’t know their own menu, considering I ordered a $7 dollar beer. I cannot figure out how to reply to your message on here, so I am editing my post. I scoured my email and unfortunetly did not see contact from you.
Pop up bar was the best thing they have ever done! Drinks were delicious and staff were awesome!
Always an amazing pleasure when we got to be served by the Jack's team! We made great friends with all the employees and just absolutely love the atmosphere and the food and the cocktails!
