Good Food, affordable to take a family out to eat.Great staff and Excellent Senior Menu.Minus one star, because you can not make reservations.Standing in line outside on busy days are just silly in this day and age. Start taking reservations!!!
Was very nostalgic for us to be able to come here... I use to go as a kid and it was my partner's first time... I knew food would be amazing but my partner was blown away by the pancakes and how great they were. I do miss the plethora of syrup options though...
Been to better IHOPs. This was a bit small and felt dated. Food was pretty good and the chef knew how to prepare over medium eggs, which are almost never right at restaurants. Service was pretty good but had to ask twice for a couple things
The food was amazing! The service was slow but still good.
Wasn't happy... While eating an employee thought it was a good idea to start dusting the lights and flat surfaces. I asked our server if this was was a common thing while people ate their meals. She informed me that it was the first time she saw this happening. She also informed the other employees a customer complained. It lasted a whole five minutes and the Dustin's continued. We didn't fully finish our meal, got the bill and left. Over all the food was below average. IHOP in the States is amazing, wish it was the same here in Kelowna. We will not be returning. Save your money go somewhere else.
Love this IHOP! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I had the breakfast sampler and shared it with my boyfriend! It was the perfect amount for two and delicious! Thanks for the awesome service Irene & Kali!
Was busy but nice, the food was ok. I found the strawberry sauce on my French toast was a bit too artificial tasting. Also the cold brew barely tasted like it had coffee in it, just milk. Service was good.
First time at this iHop, we took my boyfriends grandpa for breakfast, got seated right away and then waited over 45minutes for our food. It was COLD and our waitress didn’t check up on us until we were done. Then we waited another 15 minutes after asking for the bill. The staff were harsh and seemed like they were trying to avoid coming to talk to us or did not even care about the service.
I went there to celebrante my son's 4th birthday, I asked if they can have something special for him and they answer no. That it was now everything online. They didn't make any effort to make something special! I work in 2 restaurants and I would never let a customer have such a dissapointment experience! They didn't even say Happy Birthday!
Very quiet place at dinner. Food was good. Staff were polite and friendly. Strawberry crepes were too sweet. Like really really sweet. A touch of sauce with strawberries would have been much better. Seems like they are relying more on the sauce than actual strawberries. Decent food for a decent price. Also, they’ve done away with all the good syrups they were known for. At least this establishment has. Lame.
