When they changed owners and Mark left we had noticed a decline in the quality and even thought of trying some other places but our last two orders have been great. In fact just as good as Mark used to make or maybe even a little better. Very friendly staff. Best pizza in the Okanagan.

The pizza crust was a perfect combination of soft and chewy with lots of sauce and toppings. Both the Hansen's special and the loaded veggie exceeded our expectations.Great to share with friends and family, but remember to get a little extra if you like a next day slice.
We have been customers of Hansens Pizza for a long time. The last couple of visits I noticed that the owner was not on site. So today I asked and learned that he sold the business. What a shame as his pizzas were just the very best, we always enjoyed them.Onward to what is now new owners. One word sums it up.Terrible!We ordered two pizzas, one came back with missing veggies on a veggie pizza and a totally undercooked mushy crust. Then second pizza was over cooked and the topping was literally burnt, which maybe is not a bad thing as if it did not have a slight burnt flavour it may not have had flavour at all.What a shame
Great pizza, friendly staff. Wings are a little pricey but much better pizza than the big chains. I highly recommend.
Wanted to try a new pizza place, quite disappointed.Ordered a small pricey Hawaiian (Kahuna). Somehow the pizza was burnt, yet undercooked. Not to mention I found a hair in my pizza aswell. 95% of the pizza went into the garbage, so did my $21.Don't recommend this place and don't plan on ever going back.Disgusting.
Order off door dash, was lucky to get my money back.... usually the food pretty good, i seen how rude the owner is to his staff... so i stop ordering from here... im not really impressed w him.... but it's good in the passed but not today... it was old,dry, burnt, hard like a rock...... and so so cold... like it was made hr before I got it.... it's like karma from order from here.... save ur money of u can...
I don’t know what’s the recent fuzz about changing owners, I have had pizza here before and I don’t think much has changed, in fact maybe a bit better… it is on the expensive side for what it is, but still tastes better than many other chain stores. The wait time has always been long cuz it’s popular. The crust and crispy bottom are excellent.
Best pizza in town! My favourite pizza is Chicken Pesto - my #1 choice when I’m craving for pizza. Chicken lasagna is the best pasta I’ve ever had, very impressive with the Alfredo sauce! Served hot and fresh! Very nice staff, Awesome service :)
I have been ordering there for a long time. My last pizza was the worst..it was soggy . I told my son ..wow this is terrible was the owner not baking. Son said he wasnt there..Then i read that it was sold..I will never go back. Terrible just terrible
