Ordered two pizzas, they messed up the toppings on both pizzas and delivered the wrong drink. Called to complain, they said we could get 20% off the next order. Gave them another chance because they said they had new staff... soon after we made the second order with the we-messed-up-your-last-order discount, and they messed up the toppings again. Missed one that I asked for, and added one I didn't want. Person on the phone was less than helpful. Sad to see a place like this go down hill, it honestly used to have the best pizza a couple years back, but lately it's been so bad. This all happened the first order back after taking a long break from them because we found a whole olive pit in our pizza... by biting down on it.... fun times.
So the food I ordered for the first time was "Tandoori Paneer and fully loaded Pizza". When I tried the food, It tasted Awesome, the taste was very appetizing and the look of it was appealing to the eye (looked flavorful). the customers that were working there were very nice and caring. So I do recommend these pizzas or to order anything else at this store!
Went from being consistantly good pizza over the last several years to one of the worst pizzas i've had in Kelowna several months ago. The last three times weren't quite as bad; but still too much sauce, pepperoni that tasted like bologna, and the dough was not very good.
The food is amazing, the texture of the cheese and other toppings were nice. The crust was crunchy and soft at the same time, I do recommend to eat here one in a while. I always go there to get pizza. One you try it you will go there again and again! It’s a good service, the workers are very friendly. Wow ?
Pizza was ok, if poorly cut. Made no mention on the phone of a $4 delivery fee, so I tipped the driver on top of the fee, turning a $16 pizza into a $25 one.
We love this place! Loaded toppings, tangy sauce, great crust! Friendly place! And they deliver up Black Mountain unlike most!!

This is my favourite pizza joint! The food is soo filling and delicious! What I love most about the pizza’s is that their crust also has veggies which makes the whole experience tastier! I love the pastas as well
The best pizza i have had in a years , the topping was fresh and tasty. The pizza was well cooked. I will definitely recommend, specially tandoori chicken pizza.
