3 of us ordered 3 smokehouse burritos with meat, $45 dollars (taxes in) we got, No sauce, no cheese, no meat!! (I could count the peices) my husband actually had 3 bits. The food has zero flavor we were so disappointed and a huge waste of money. Do NOT visit this location- you will overpay for low quality food. We should have just gone to Tims. It was so awful we actually could not finish the burritos. I have visited different Freshiis outside of Kelowna and they were awesome so pls no reflection on the others. This one left us disappointed and hungry.
The greens in my son’s burrito where definitely not “freshii”. Big disappointment ?
Tried to go to this location twice, first time the workers closed early and would not serve us and now today want to try it again. Found that this location was closed so tried to go to the location at harvey and again this location also closed early….. cant say I’ll be trying for a fourth time.

Only 1 star because there is no option for 0 star.Way over priced. The messed my order up and the piece of garbage that came to deliver the rest of my order was a rude B.... I will never give them another dollar

The wraps are freshly prepared to order with great ingredients. Service is slow, don't know why? Healthier 'fast' food option.
Needed to have something healthy.....went to Airport Freshii..Immediately when i walked in i got very warm and welcoming vibes and the two girls at counter was very helpful and they help me to decide my oaxaca bowl and the dressing was soo great .I am amazed with the taste. 10 out of 5 stars for the great service i received there.i couldn't recommend more just visit there once and you will love it.
I love freshii and I always order it from skip. Freshii from the Harvey location and the pandosy location are great! But this is the third or fourth time I've ordered from freshii on airport way where they have failed to follow instructions on my order. I have food sensitivities and it's crucial that my sauce come on the side. Same with the right ingredients in my bowl. Same with the RIGHT snack and not a different bag of chips. Is that so much to ask? The staff seems to not be very good at following instructions.
