Some items are good and it is nice to have a semi-authentic “Italian” Market that sells items which are hard to find at normal grocery stores. That being said, the sandwiches and pre-made foods are horribly overpriced. The “chicken parm” sandwich is a sorry excuse and nowhere near what you would expect. Soggy white chicken on mediocre bread with a measly sprinkle of Parmesan. Quite disappointing. ??
by far my favorite sandwich place in kelowna!! I can't wait to have the chicken pot pie for dinner!!! fantastic friendly customer service!! will be going back many times!!!
Great little store. Friendly staff. Very clean and well organised.Word of mouth is the food is delish. Lots of gluten free foods.
I can't say enough about the staff and the quality of the food at the Italian Market. The young woman who helped us was amazing. We were from out of town and they helped us pick a variety of fabulous dishes and found a way for them to be heated. The food was outstanding and there was something for everyone's taste. When we return to Kelowna for a visit we will definitely return for more food from the Italian Market.

Such a cute little spot that has a bit of everything. The GF lasagna was amazing and the sandwiches are delicious. Haven’t made it through the whole menu yet but we are excited to try. Worth a lunch spot or for some take home real Italian food!

Check your receipt before you leave. One of the owners tried scamming money. Glad I checked my bill. She way overcharged me. Read other reviews where she did it to others as well. Beware.1st review, ever of this company! Don’t lie! Have no other reviews under any other names. I bought some groceries there. Wondered why it was so much. Asked the see receipt. Was overcharged. You have many poor reviews. Don’t think you are as great as you think you are. Maybe provide better service in the future. People should be aware to check their receipts before they leave your business. Hopefully things have changed due to other reviews stating the same. Good luck!
Food was so tasty and FRESH! I would give 5 stars just for that but I did have troubles navigating the store and found it overwhelming as a first time visitor. I was given direction only after asking for it a few times during my visit which was odd considering the group in front of me was instructed where to go without prompting. I will be back and I hope for a more welcoming experience because the food was outstanding and other reviews rave the atmosphere! May have just been an off day :)
The women who served us was stand off ish and wasn't in the mood to answer questions from first time visitors. Our coffee was burnt and the food tasted like the same quality you'd get at Savon foods. Very disappointing won't come back.
