There was a little problem, then the Manager 'Hanna' straightened it out with kindness & professionalism. It was my first visit to this restaurant chain. I had the hand battered Chicken Crisper sandwich... it was absolutely delicious!! Outstanding in fact. Not only would I recommend this Fat Burger... Went here for the first time today and the food was excellent! I highly recommend this restaurant. Burgers were great and the fries and onion weren't greasy. Food was piping hot. Will definitely be back ?
Best Chicken Tenders in Kelowna! Lightly battered, crispy and juicy. Milkshakes made with hand scooped ice cream is insanely deliciously thick! 5000 stars and the burger's were a hit with the family along with onion rings!

This location.. the food quality was not consistent with what I expect from fatburger. I much prefer the langley location i last visited. staff was nice, chocolate shake didn't taste right and my fat xl cheese the meat was crumbly not really holding its shape as a patty. Taste was okay.
Delivers every time! I have been to this Fatburger numerous times over the past few years and the burgers are consistently big and juicy. They seem to take pride in providing a great burger. The added bonus, at least for me, is that I can get my burger lettuce wrapped, instead of a traditional bun. I was going to add pictures to this review but by the time I got around to writing it, the food was eaten. I will be back and I will bring some friends with me.Was back last night, great burger... Didn't know what to expect when I came here. I had heard good things from friends, but was skeptical because the one I had gone too many years ago was meh. This was the best burger I've had in Kelowna, hands down. It was massive and super tasty. Staff were very friendly and patient when ordering (I had no idea what I was getting). I would definitely recommend Fat Burger to anyone looking to get a good burger in town.
