I had an amazing experience last time there. Our server was amazing!! I'm trying to recall her name but can't. She will be who I look for next time I go for sure. Had a great meal (vegan) and the views up on patio are always outstanding.Thanks Earls team
We are at Earls on Top tonight and having the most amazing experience. Our server (manager) Abby is INCREDIBLE!!! Her dinner and wine recommendations were both delicious. Co-manager tonight Chris was so engaging. He gave us suggestions of what to do while we are in town. It’ll be hard to find something more magical than this experience. THANK YOU!!!!
Wowers! WHAT A PLACE! WHAT A BARTENDER!When my girlfriend and I first pulled up to the earls bar in downtown Kelowna we didn't know what to expect because it was a busy Friday night and we didn't have a reservation. So, we were seated at the bar while we waited. Next thing you know we lock eyes with our bartender, that we didn't know would also be our new best friend. Ryder was extremely helpful in getting the night started right, I mean you should see this guy pour a beer, unreal!! Give this guy a raise, we WILL be back!
Food is just OK, nothing special/great about being at Earl's but the service was awesome. Our server was Quinn. View from the restaurant is cool and the ambience is great as well but as mentioned earlier, food was just average!
My husband had a new dish Spaghetti with prawns and let me taste - wonderful - lots of garlic very flavourful. I had the Margherita Pizza - enjoyed every bite.
We were at earls for our friend’s birthday. While the waitress and hostesses were good, the food was disappointing. I had the kung pao and it was nothing special, like a stir fry I’d make at home. The other meals were fine but for the prices, it would’ve been better eating elsewhere. The restaurant appears outdated also. It’s time for an update.
Kitchen was super fast but there weren't enough serving staff to take everyone's orders. We had to grab or wave the server over anytime we needed to order anything. Not the servers fault it just seemed like she was loaded up with too many tables at once. Once the food order was in it came out super fast however so the kitchen is doing awesome.
Everything was great. The only thing I wasn’t impressed about was there was no elevator or way for a person with disability or me as a parent with a child with stroller, to have access to the top floor space. Not sure if anyone raised this concern already.
Despite reserving a table by the window 3 days ahead, we were put in a corner, but the bus boy station in the bar area. Not great atmosphere for an 87 birthday celebration. Also did not have a candle to put in the dessert. Have never had that happen at any other restaurant. My baked salmon was tasteless and the jasmine rice was not very flavourful. We will not return.
Food was excellent! 3 different meal choices, all cooked & presented nicely. The "on special" drinks were disappointing. Too sweet!
