Submitted a take out order at 2:30 today (for pick up at 5:15 pm) through their online system. Money taken and received email that order was accepted. About 4:50 pm received a call that they had a large party and would not be able to have my order ready for 5:15 - could they push my order to 6:30-6:45 pm? I said that would not work. Haven’t seen any refund yet. I supported them especially throughout the last 2 years, but can’t say I would find their take out service reliable.
Really awesome little spot with excellent service and great food. Some great entertainment as well. We were visiting friends and they brought us for a quick bite and ended up experiencing Drag night with some entertaining acts. Patrick from behind the bar took care of us and he made our visit exceptional. He had outstanding attention and humour to make our experience memorable and really fun. His service was phenomenal. Thanks again for a fun and enjoyable night.
Decent and pricey. Find the food a bit hit and miss. Love the Irish manager(?) Margaritas aren’t made with real lime juice and have an artificial flavour going on.Found the bartender w the hair to be rude when he rolled his eyes and shook his head at my friend for asking what beers on tap there were, I guess we should’ve seen the sign.
We got married in the lower mission outside space in September, and the staff and experience was amazing! Fast forward 6 months and we reserve a high top table last night for dinner. We arrive and instead get seated at the crowded bar. Apparently our high top table was given to someone else who also reserved one near our reservation time. (why did we make a reservation then?) While we are debating how we are going to manage to eat at the already packed bar, the hostess goes to squeeze two more people in beside us. Even before covid, way too close for comfort! We ended up leaving, was pretty disappointed in the whole experience. Other visits have been great during the day or on a weekday, I guess we will have to stick to those days in the future.
LOVE this place! Such a great atmosphere and selection of food on the menu. Not just pizza! Anything we have when we go there is great. Even better is the staff! Whoever is responsible for recruiting here is doing an amazing job. Top notch service across the board, and every time.
Food is good, interior looks nice. Service typically quite slow. Usually a good stop, although service just isn’t quite there. Was understanding on the slow service some time ago as it was a new restaurant. However, haven’t seen much improvements since open. Would recommend on the condition you have a lot of free time that day as you will need it.
I ordered a donair online for pickup and showed up about 5 mins before the estimated pickup time. They brought a pizza out instead and when I asked about it, immediately I was told the would let me keep the pizza and make me a donair right away. I ordered a beer to wait and had a great conversation with the Bartender, thoroughly impressed with the service here. Not to mention they have an a amazing location and I suggest you visit them for food and drinks anytime you dont feel like making dinner for yourself (or your mixing cocktails ?)

Sat on hold for half hour from 830-9 just to drive to the store and all the staff standing around doing absolutely nothing and stating they closed early. Didn’t change phones, didn’t bother to answer and let us know. No sign on the door. Absolutely horrible customer service would not recommend for this reason.
I don't give out 1 star ratings unless I have truly been shocked at the service or food. In this case unfortunately it was the service and it happened not once but three consecutive times I've been there. We live in the neighborhood, so we were thrilled when DunnEnzies opened near by. First time we went, they forgot an order. The next time I brought friends and again they forgot an order and we ended up waiting an extra 30 mins to have it made. Finally, last night my wife and I didn't have the kids so we ordered for pick up. I pause the game and get down there just to find that "someone didn't accept the order" or something to that extent. Again, no food. I am pretty good about things but never was I offered any compensation for the wait. I ended up buying myself a beer to kill the 10 min wait. Got home and of course the pizza was quickly thrown together and not very good. My wife's appies were good though but how do you go wrong with fried brussel sprouts?Sorry DunnEnzies, but 3 times isn't a charm for me and we're gone.
