They dont know the difference between normal, extra, and double. Extra sauce should not be so saucy it's coming through the box and then eveything falls off as each slice in 1/4in thick with sauce. Disgusting. Couldve drank is with a straw they put so much on....
I ordered two medium pizza with breadsticks they all arrived super fast I mean in no time and was greeted with a smile which is nice
This is the best Dominoes in Kelowna!There are other Dominoes in town that are very cheap with adding cheese(and toppings).This is not one of them ?
I've been getting delivery from this location for 11 yrs---always above & beyond impressed with food quality, always generous toppings & hot & fresh :D (I have no complaints about the ordering & delivery!) However my last 4 orders have been completely sub-par. 1st order was just completely wrong, items forgotten...I called and was given a credit for my order. The last 3 have been nothing like they used to be. The next 2 orders, both pizza's came with very few toppings even thought I paid for extra (or double). But tonight was my last order,..nothing had been cut and the pizza literally had 1 olive, one piece of mushroom, one piece of meat / slice. Almost no cheese even though I ordered extra. I wonder what's changed, its disappointing. (Edit: While I appreciate the reply, I had one bad experience & gave it THREE more tries----all bad, I don't know that further details are needed, plus, how is this review not detailed enough??)
One of the fastest and most friendly young hearted energetic team in Kelowna Bc I have ever witnessed in the food industry..They got great hustle! I have grown up in the food service industry and worked in some of the busiest establishments in BC and Alberta and I know what it takes to work on the line....They have shown me exactly what I would expect and more....never a bad experience...They would always make things right....This crew runs for you like they got purpose and direction and aren't coming in second!Thanks for your service respectively...Cavin Noonan
I ordered a pizza later in the night, holding my phone waiting for the pizza to arrive I called after waiting for over an hour just to get a response that they tried calling my number and it didn't work ... I have had this phone number my whole life and find it strange how because it's late it randomly decided not to work.if a manager takes a look at this feel free to get in contact with Mr after you ask your employees what happened.
