VERY POORLY STAFFED on a Saturday!Visited our favourite breakfast place on a visit to Kelowna but it was a very disappointing experience. Very slow service, it has been over an hour and no sight of breakfast. I actually had to approach a waitress to ask for drinks after 40 minutes of being ignored. Poor staff are so overwhelmed they forget to attend to your table. We are still waiting for our breakfast as I am writing this review. My daughter has lost her appetite already. We will not return to this location again and this should reflect poorly on the owner of this place.The 2 stars I leave are for friendly, overworked staff and the clean place.Still patiently waiting and still no sign of breakfast… 1:18 minOn a positive note, had plenty of time to write this review.Simply disappointing how long it takes for a simple, pricy breakfast!

We were 6 people and they told us a 10 min wait. After 10 mins we saw 6 people leave, but the table was left uncleaned (not a big place, wasnt very busy), after 15 min we asked it they could just push different tables together, they did. The other table was left unclean for a while yet (we didn't get why they couldn't just clean it) It took quite a while to get our coffee and orders. Food was pretty decent despite the wait but they only came by for coffee refills once.... and my avocado was super unripe (couldn't stab with a fork), they did replace it but it didn't come until I was almost done.This also seems picky but staff had all the cutlery on the table a few tables down cleaning it which just seemed pretty strange.We put the poor service down to maybe short staffed, but it wasn't even busy/seemed like enough staff were around. They just didn't seem to be in any kind of rush ? it wasn't really restaurant- quality service in my opinion.

The crepes tasted like they were soaked in oil and the waitress had a cough. No opinion on masks either way, but if you have a cough in this environment probably best to wear a mask.

Friendly staff today. Good food today and not busy. Was a nice experience thanks! Please consider some light music though in the background and have clean newspapers to read! (:

Raineesh was simply a delight as a server. Don't know when we have had such great, caring and efficient a server. Great Job

Overall the breakfast experience was good. However at the door, I produced my Vaccine Passport QR code that I got from the government and was denied until I could come up with one that looked like everyone elses. I know for a fact that it wasn't the server/greeter lady's fault but in a day when everyone is already so stressed out, could your establishment not just get a scanner for the QR codes so as not to make people wait 20 minutes at the front door trying to get on the government website. There are two acceptable QR Codes, not everyone has the one with their name on it.

Wonderful service and tasty food.

I visited the Springfield location with my family of 5 on August 14. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and bright. We arrived in the middle of the lunch rush and it was evident the servers were very busy and working hard. Our server was friendly, positive and efficient while tending to a full section and bussing tables. The food was excellent and arrived in a timely manner (although due to the rush, probably a bit slower than normal- we waited 35 minutes). All around a great experience and will definitely be back!
