It took nearly minutes for her to ring in a 2 person meal order with ice cream. She was slumped over the counter leaning her arms and head down into the computer, not speaking up, not making eye contact. We could tell she was new and we’ve all been there at one point but that’s no excuse not to act professional even at a fast food place and if not a great idea to have someone on a busy Saturday night who doesn’t have enough training on the till ALONE and to take that long ring through a walk in take out order. Very very disappointed, most likely won’t be back again. We received no syrup to make the cotton candy bluzzard pink and we received regular strips when we asked for honey BBQ….
Absolutely brutal drive-thru service 25 minute wait and only four vehicles in front of us ????
I placed an order through the app and found a STAPLE in my chicken strip meal. When I called the store, they said they couldn't do anything because it was through the app (didn't offer to replace it if I came back, and barely offered me an apology). Pretty disgusting food and customer service standards! Avoid at all costs.
tried to order a cake and was told they needed 48 hours notice? I used to work at dairy queen and I know for a fact that it can be put in the blast freezer overnight and be good to go for the morning,
I ordered chiken strips and it was stale and really bad taste. I would never buy anything from there.
... I'm not sure if someone didn't pick up their mobile order and I got their half melted, half re-frozen ice cream at the drive thru, or if the store is making ice cream ahead of time and keeping it cool until someone orders it, but it's been twice at this location. I've ordered a blizzard to find it melted in the middle, and frozen on the top and around the edges, and then a small chocolate dipped cone which was just about solid and had dust on it.... so I didn't eat it. Maybe they are under- staffed, but I don't visit this location anymore for ice cream, and make the drive to the other DQ's in town for treats.
These past few months this restaurant has become a nightmare to order from. The 16 year old kids running the place are more interested in text messaging and watching tiktoks than knowing what items are on the menu. The past 3 times I've gone they have messed up my order, needless to say I won't be going back anytime soon. Serious management overhaul needed.
Manager and staff were very unprofessional. three staff laughed at me when I asked to review my order. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager came to the window and said "you have a beautiful smile" he then slammed the windiw in my face and ran away from order window. He came back told me off. I knidly asked for a refund the manager was extremely rude and gave me a refund. I would not allow any of this staff make food for me and I am contacting the GM also DG headquarters.
Clerk at window was very friendly, but when I got to work and opened my bag of food my onion rings container wasn't even half full ( there was like 5 onion rings in it ) and they onion were so cold over cooked the onion seemed to have dissolved completely so it was just over crunchy dough. I was sad because I went there for onion rings :(
Cannot say enough good things about this location and their birthday cake decorating! I have had multiple birthday cakes in the last few years done here, and the same lady does them over and over again and she is beyond spectacular! They always go over and above. If you need a cake decorated you should definitely get one from here!
