They do not want to serve me because i am a skip driver and their manager said my order will take around 5 minutes so they refuse to take my order . Their customer service is very bad

I always order the mushroom swiss burger with extra swiss.. soooo yummy! But tonight, Dec.1st, I literally got 3 mushrooms, I didn't get my extra swiss.. that I paid for and there wasn't any beautiful mushroom juiciness that I always get. Won't be goin on a Wednesday again. Disappointed!! I'm just in no hurry to eat this, but I'm hungry
1-The gravy was runny and different from all other days queens2-the thick pile of bacon became raw towards the center of my burger3-aside from rancid, the chicken strips tasted as bad as they lookedPro- the blizzard was good and full of ingredients

I ordered a banana split and you could clearly see that the banana I got was bruised not necessarily appealing when you are eating, and my mom's container for her sunday was cracked at the bottom and started leaking after we left the store of course... not the care and attention to the product end result as in previous years.
I don’t know who was working yesterday evening but DAMN, keep that team together. My mushroom Swiss burger and my onion rings were perfect. Stellar. Onion rings were the perfect crisp, not soggy or burnt or overly crispy or greasy, just perfect!! The burger itself tasted up to par to a burger from like fat burger or joeys, I’m not even kidding lol. Recognition where it’s needed.From a fellow DQ alumni.
One of the staff who looked to be a supervisor or manager (dressed different then the rest of the staff) had her mask on very loose and it kept falling down (not covering anything). This alone is bad enough during covid when everyone is worried for their health and safety. Then she doubled down on it and fixed the mask with her gloved up hand she was also using to bag up everyone's meals. I saw this multiple times (about every minute or so she had to readjust it). There was no washing of her hands, or replacing the gloves before touching customers food (after touching the mask). I said something to 2 staff (including the person touching her mask), quoted that it was disgusting that she was touching her mask then our food, but didn't get offered a replacement. I did get an apology...
