Avoid this place. We were in the drive thru at 9:52pm and the incompetence of the staff was astonishing. They asked what we wanted to order, then proceeded to say nothing on the menu was available because they were closing soon. What is that? Please do better.
the food is amazing, and staff is so kind!! This is probably one of my favourite fast food places!
I ordered my food and was told my the drive through worker Jewel to park near the entrance and wait for my food in about 5mins. I waited 15mins and entered the drive though 4mins prior to closing. For 4 minutes the staff refused to open the window. After they closed they proceeded to tell me they were closed and weren't taking any orders. Gaslighting me over the 4 minutes of knocking I did to get their attention prior to closing. The worker proceeded to argue that I had not place any order with them even though I had the bill of charge on my phone. They gave me someone else's reciept and said I didn't order the food I said I did. After some back and forth it became obvious to them I wasn't leaving without my reciept. The worker "found" it and proceeded to dispear with it behind the wall. After a little time she came back and said they gave me my food. The worker Jewel walked by 6 or 7 times refusing to acknowledge the issue. Other workers were laughing in the background as it became clear to me that this was a game to them. I asked my for reciept and that I'd take it up with management. Management proceeded to take my complaint, tell me I'd get a call back, then get nothing. Manager said the owner would look into this but again, nothing. This Dairy Queen stole my money which is wild. I would avoid this DQ like the plague. I had to file a charge back for fraud. Owner is clearly a scumbag who shouldn't be running a DQ. Filed a complaint with Head Office.
It's a DQ. If you have been to one you know what to expect. The only reason I'm giving this particular location 3 stars is they rarely get my order right. It's frustrating continually going through the drive through only to have to park and go in and actually get what I ordered. Word to the wise, if you go through the drive through speak slowly and repeat yourself. When you get your order, check it before moving. Yes it will annoy the people behind you, but it is what it is.
Not impressed. Ordered a large ice cream cone and got what would be a medium at the Gordon Rd. Dairy Queen. It was also more expensive. Will not be returning to nor recommending that DQ.
The guy serving me today was super nice, they where very busy but they handled it very well. You guys are awesome. The food was awesome, I tried their new freezie it was delicious. I've found my new DQ!
Quit delivering food. Driver picked up my Blizzard and kept it in in his car for 25 minutes before delivery. Mmmmm chocolate milk! Food was gross - sure glad I got soaked for $30.
I get that employees want to get home, but if your hours stay open until 10:00 then you should stay open until 10:00, not 9:55. I’ve come to this DQ a few times 5-10 mins before close, and I’ve even seen line ups close to closing time. This is a busy DQ. My order would have taken 2 minutes and I would have been out before 10. Instead, I drove here trying to make it just in time, only for them to have closed early.I understand not staying open PAST 10, but I’ve never seen this location close early like this before. Staying open 5 more minutes would have meant a trip not wasted. Good thing there’s other places nearby that stay open as advertised.A few minutes can make a difference. At 10:00 I would have expected my order not to be taken, but at 9:55? Come on.
Worst DQ location ever! They mess up every single time and blatantly lie to our faces about the order! I ordered mint and asked for confirmation multiple times, and they said it was, and it wasn’t.It’s not that hard to make you what you ask for!New management and training is needed!!
Bought a 6pc tendies and only got 5, not hard to count to 6, even I can make it past 9
