There is one manager that has been working here for years, whenever I go, and he's working, I know my order is going to be perfect. Not only that, but you know you're going to leave with a smile. No matter the time of the day or the line up down the block, you know if he's on shift his team is going to feel motivated and happy to be working. I'm not sure that they understand the employee the have, but at the same time you know he loves his job.
Just came thru the drive ordered a strawberry Blizzard and an Oreo Blizzard. Got a Cherry Blizzard and an Oreo Blizzard. Way to ruin my night guys. Thanks
I liked their pretzel sticks and I got my favourtie buster bar, which I was disappointed with. They put so many peanuts in it that I was eating salted ice cream. I have never experienced this before and I hope not to again. I hope they rectify this.
We went to get cones for our two children, and the total was 5.75. We handed the cashier a 10 dollar bill, and he said he wasn't sure he had enough change for us. He then began counting out ALL nickels but didn't have enough and insisted we use an alternative form of payment. I am baffled that instead of standing on customer service and comping the cones because of their error, we drove away with two very sad little girls and the cones probably ended up in the garbage.
Changing rules discrimination due to disability. This is what happened yesterday I was served at Drive thru when I walked thru to it today due to inside being closed they said absolutely they can not give me anything or take my order after I stood in line up for almost 20 mins. This is the first time EVER I got turned away. I live very close to this one and felt very upset why able to do it one day not the next no signs to stop walk ups ect..
Who would've guessed that an employee with a certain background would get my order wrong after numerous visits and never having any issues.These are simple orders that they are getting wrong what's wrong with them? Oh I know.
Generally a quick experience! Orders are correct and come out well.For a DQ, this is about as good as it gets
Super friendly staff, but never seem to go out of their way to accommodate special requests. Also, they always seem like they are rushing to get everything done super fast because there's a huge line up of cars... But there was only 1 car behind me sooooo... LolUPDATE: Feb 27 2022 - I went back tonight and bought my friend a bday cake, which in the past, when I had asked them to pls add additional icing I was always told no. But they actually went out of their way to accommodate my special request and more! What a great experience! Thank you DQ staff at Gordon and Harvey loc! ????
The best Dairy Queen in Kelowna, don't go to the one on lakeshore they are super skimpy on the blizzard toppings, this location puts an amazing amount of toppings in, the best staff too, always friendly
Food tasted ok. Gravy was oddly clumpy in my poutine, and my Log Cake was a bit freezer burnt. Otherwise, I'd say theyre you're average run of the mill DQ
