Received horribly rude service from the dark skinned deli clerk twice in 2 weeks. Simply asked for help with an item in the food case and was greeted with a roll of the eyes and then she turned around from me and spoke to a fellow associate about customers seeing they are busy and interrupting them! I spoke up and stated I heard what she said and told her it was rude to which she replied it wasn’t. I spoke to the manager who is suppose to talk to her. So thankful for all the help “Ocean” gave me with my concerns, so sweet a lady she is! Too bad she wasn’t a deli worker….
Just a reminder, is you need attention to detail and a courteous team, don't visit this location.Trying to be helped is quite difficult and quite frankly not worth the time and effort when so many other businesses are absolutely excellent in Kelowna.Lots of options Kelowna, don't make the same mistake I made, visit elsewhere
Over priced.. saw a rat in the produce it was night and I'm sure all the stores have them....
Good healthy selection. Plus a water refill station that's affordable
Simply has products NO ONE else has anywhere other than Vancouver. My choice for unique organic product with great variety
really good shop for viggies and oganicscome down and check them out lots of grate stuff to choose fromthe inhouse made stuff is really freaking good too

Vey awesome customer service! I had one of their employees help me look through their entire shelf of tea to try and find decaf green tea. Even when we found one he still continued to check to see if there were any other options. This included taking them off the shelf to check the back and the incredients to see if there was any mention of caffeine. I was quite surprised, every other store attendant I've ever come across over the years would have just showed me the product and head off. The cashier was quite friendly too. Very excellent service, will definitely shop their more often.
