My sisters loves tea. This place is like a tea heaven for tea lovers. Not a big tea drinker myself, but they smell nice. If you like tea give this place a try. Tried a blueberry rooibos. Longtime costumer of Chaibaba. The staff and owners are so, so wonderful and the tea quality and selection are superb.Really can't say enough about how great this place is. My son loves to come with me to grab a cookie, so two four-year-old thumbs up!

This beautiful gem of a teashop is absolutely joyful. The owner and her staff are the kindest most genuine people who know their tea. I have made a special trip to Kelowna just for my preferred teas and also must stop in if I am in the area. It's a great shop for gift giving for any occasion. I have enjoyed sharing their beautiful products with others. The owner was so kind when she found out we were part of recent floods in BC in November and kindly gave me free tea on the house. 400 gram bag of my favourite Earl Gray. I had to leave quickly soon after, before I cried my eyes out from her incredible act of kindness. If you're looking for quality teas made with love and from vast knowledge of teas, this tea shop is a must! Hoping to get to enjoy for years to come!

So I was stumbling around Kelowna in the cold on Thanksgiving. Nothing was open, what was open was busy, everything was frustrating. I popped out of the hotel to try and find breakfast and stumbled across this tea shop.
