It pains me to write this review because the food is actually decent, I have no objections to that.We're attempted to order takeout from this place several times, and we've run into countless issues:- Called in an order, they gave a time estimate, we showed up and they had no record of our order. Nothing was written down, nothing sent to the kitchen. Had to wait 30+ minutes for them to re-take the order and make it. No apology or compensation was offered.- Multiple (5+) occasions of order being prepared incorrectly. Entire meals (!!!) missing from the order, and we've had to go back several times in order to have them make the missing food.To be absolutely clear, I wouldn't be writing this if it was just a one-off mistake, but there is some kind of systemic issue of disorganization with this establishment. I would estimate 90%+ of our orders to this place have had something material go wrong that has left us extremely frustrated and dissatisfied. Some serious overhaul of their system or additional staff training is sorely needed.We've raised this issue with them multiple times, but they either don't care or are not adequately addressing the issue.If you dine in, you probably won't have any issue. But if you order take out, you better be prepared to open every packet in front of them in the restaurant, because that's the only way you're going to guarantee they're not going to make some kind of mistake.
The food is entirely fish. I had the breaded cod platter while my partner has the salmon platter.The food was a 9 out of 10, but the salmon was a 5.Still good, quick fare at a reasonable price
terrible. i ordered fish and chips and they came with cum on them. this is just insane. c lovers more like L people. terirble. never coming back. the peas in my soup were so mushy and smelled like vomit. ?i asked one of the workers for help and they spat on me. ??????️?
Everytime we go to Kelowna we make sure to stop here. We usually get the "all you can eat". Some of the best fish you will ever get!
Fish was flat and tasteless.Chips were very small and looked like they were from the bottom of store bought frozen chip bag. Actually have had better frozen fries. Not much personality in that place. First and last time there. What a disappointment. Expensive when half gets thrown ln the garbage.
Dinner was ok, waited quite awhile after ordering. Seemed like priority was the all you can eat fish and chips. My halibut was dry and salad was bland. It has been better but will give them only a 3 ? tonight.
Excellent greeting when arriving, timely seating and very knowledgeable and attentive server. Food was exactly as expected and was very hot and tasty. Will recommend it to friends, family and others.

Without doubt the best fish n chips for value out there! Good size pieces of fish and the hand cut chips are the best I've ever had! The service is friendly and very fast! I've had fish n chips all over canada and Europe and this might be some of the best I've ever had.
There must be a potatoe shortage in Kelowna right now as I had ordered 2 pieces Halibat and chips WELL the fish where bigger than the small amt of chips — never before as usually a person gets a few to many chips but tonite had me searching the paper wrapping to see if they got lost in it !!Granted there where a few pieces that I guess where potatoes not only tiny but over Cooked
