First time to kelowna .. and we decided to order in the Drive thru around passed 9pm seems the order taker is in a hurry. You can feel it even you didnt see her voice …no sense of courtesy and her voice seems grumpy. not a welcoming voice .. sad to know employess doesnt train well
I just witnessed this restaurant turn away a disabled couple in a wheelchair.They had been inside the restaurant since it closed, at 7pm (i know....7pm... a fast food restaurant).... The only way they could have gotten their food was to have a car and go thru drive thru. So unless youre privileged enough to own a vehicle dont come here close to 7pm. Even if you're standing at the counter at 7 they won't serve you.Covid is over time to extend your hours!
Its good I like it. The only complaint I guess I would have is there was a guy that gave me just a burger and a drink when I am pretty sure I said meal, and the drink was overflowing, kinda spilled on to my car a bit. But I am pretty sure that's just one insulated incident, and the guy was prob new.
Loving the new app and the offers it has. Has made going to BK even better then before.
Sometimes enjoy their Whopper Wednesday what we do like is that you can choose between the fries or onion rings with free dipping sauce for the same price on combos. The flames broil beef patties are good change from other burger joints. The drive through seems to always be quick between order and pick up.
Great food, however cleanliness is a little bit of an issue, I know it's an older location, but some cleaning and new lighting could bring this location right up to date.
The restaurant was clean, neat and bright. Service was friendly. I've had better tasting coffee but was served hot. The morning egg sandwich was tasty and hot. It was a routine fast food experience.
My daughter and I decided to go to Burger King for lunch and I can honestly say that I am glad we did. The food was good, not greasy at all, and was served to us promptly after ordering, by a polite and attentive employee. We attended the Burger King in Kelowna across from Orchard Park Mall. I suggest going here if you have a burger and fries craving and you want edible fast food that is not swimming in grease!?
Ive never had a problem here, just waited 10 mins but whatever.. they had 6 ppl infront of me , drive thru & skipthedish & doordash !! Place is busy lol
Well, overall disappointing. Their food isn't fresh AT ALL. The fries taste old. The burgers are served almost cold. Their pies are stale and old tasting. Nothing is prepared fresh. Everything is just reheated judging by the taste and temperature. We've tried here twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times were big orders, and everything was bad. Even my kid said their chicken nuggets tasted like sand!
