Was very disappointed in the burger and onion rings I received. burger cold and not cooked fully. Onion rings cold and only received three small little ones. I paid for a regular size not for three. Your food usually good, but today wow really disappointed.
BAD EXPERIENCE, MUST READ! Me and three friends came into the fast food restaurant ordering at 11:45 and leaving at 12:30 with no food. Extremely disappointed we ordered before several people and they got their food first. Unbelievable costumer service we only ordered a burger and poutine. Do not eat here if you got places to be I repeat NOT A FAST FOOD PLACE!!!

Got two burgers and a shake. All very good. Classic frozen chicken burger patty which sometimes is just what I'm looking for. Very covid friendly as well.
It's like it's under new management.Wife and I ordered lettuce wrapped burgers .The hamburger patty wasn't much larger than a toonie .Definately not made in house .Tasted like pre-made patties from Walmart.Very dissatisfied with our $40 lunch today.
Everytime I walk in there in always reminds me of my childhood and now that they serve veggie and beyond meat burgers makes is so much better! The burgers were amazing, but the mushroom caps and pickle chips for the amount and the quality, just not worth it.Prices are a little outrageous, but we go there for the nostalgia.
Spicy chicken burger: absolutely delicious! Great sauce, jalapenos, tomato and a great breaded chicken patty.Mushroom Swiss burger: savory mushroom sauce, tasty beef patty and cheese.My first experience with Burger Baron despite driving by often, and I was not disappointed. I look forward to trying more of their menu in the future!
I took the double burguer and found it very good. At the time that I went, most people were ordering to take away, but I ate there. Restrooms were dirty and furniture a little bit old, but I would consider visit them again when in a hurry and with a tight budget because the hamburger was good enough to compensate the issues.
Terrible fries, overcooked like they were scraper from the bottom of the fryer. I have been ordering from this place for 40 years. Last 2 times were bad. Tonight they stuffed 4 burgers and a medium fry into a lunch size paper bag. Too small, 4th burger was smashed into a ball. WOW. DONE with joint
I love this restaurant! I try to visit everytime I'm in Kelowna. The burgers are some of the best I've had and the fries are always seasoned great. The milkshakes are out of this world. Great value. Try it and see.
