Ordered two large specialty pizzas for take away on a Friday night. Neither had the typical layering of toppings or cheese expected of a regular dough pizza. Definitely not worth the high price paid for each.
Awesome customer service, food tastes amazing and has very good quality. I go quite frequently and I’ve never had a bad experience. Nicest servers in town
I want to start off by saying my food was actually good. The service on the other hand was terrible.. Our server didn’t even say hello, just asked what we wanted. She never checked on us once after that. didn’t give us napkins or any cutlery, never refilled of our drinks and I had to go to the front desk to bring her over so I could pay my bill and leave.
Today me my mom and my sister went to this the Boston pizza by staples. The food was delectable, the service was legendary and the interior was very nice. Our server was the best I have ever had, her name is Bradey. If you ever go to Boston pizza here in Kelowna, you have to go to this one!????
Sat in lounge, awesome atmosphere with golf, hockey and baseball on the TVs. Was full of excitement. Brittney served us and was great. Food was so good. Will go back.again tomorrow! Had a Brute sandwich....mmmm.
Worst customer service. Booked the restaurant 1 week in advanced because we were coming for a hockey tournament from Surrey. I booked it on a Friday and then was told the general manager will call me on Monday but no one called. I called on Monday night and Rachel said the manager would call me on Tuesday. This is now the same week we are planning on coming for dinner which is the Friday (one week after I made the reservation). On Tuesday no one called me but one of the managers, not the general manager said everything is confirmed and they had to bring in a second person for our 40 person booking. They also said there was a 20% automatic gratuity charge per family. The friday night we arrived, the restaurant was 80% empty which seemed odd. There were plenty of tables to sit at but they moved all of us into one area like a herd of sheeps. My son and others ordered food and were given the wrong meals. Even after telling the waiter, the wrong food came. Since it was getting late, we didn't bother to ask them to fix their mistake the 3rd time. This restaurant doesn't know how to operate. Explains why the restaurant was empty on a Friday night when most people like to dine out. There was another Boston pizza restaurant a few blocks down the road. Next time I will try that one. Avoid this particular restaurant if you want to be heard and respected. The reservation was pointless.
Our server was friendly and the pizzas tasted good. Our glasses of pop were never empty, she kept on top of that. It was pretty busy with the hockey tournament in town. Service was still good though.
For a place that advertises quality, I highly disagree.My last visit was not very good.I had smoky mountain spaghetti and meatballs.I can't complain with the quantity but the quality..man, you guys need to raise the bar.The spaghetti was mush!!The spaghetti is hollow and goes to mush if not cared for.The sauce had the same flavour as canned spaghetti-oos.Please review this dish at a head office level. You are not doing yourselves a favor buy serving this.I will try other dishes though.
I was very happy with the service here. We had a team meeting, everyone enjoyed it.The food and desserts were not bad at all. Large portions, you definitely get your moneys worth.
They have the best pizza ever. You can get half and half so u can try 2 different pizza... the have both vegan and vegetarian options. What I love is their flight deal on Saturdays which u can get 3 small pizza with 3 dipp for around 19$ ?The ingredients are high quality and I always feel great after eating their pizza. The only reason that I didn't give them 5 star is their customer service. I had a problem twice here and both time they did nothing they just said sorry did not even offer to remake it. One time the pizza was cold so when I complained our waitress said sorry is the taste ok and she didn't even offer to heated it up. And another time I was missing and ingredients and again they did nothing. I still go here because I love their pizza but do not count on getting a good service here.
