Staff was great, extra friendly… and the food was quick and soooo good! Worth a trip downtown!
The waffles and chai latte are the best I have ever had. The service was wonderful. Very friendly staff. We went and made sure to get up early so we could go again before our flight!
We had a delicious breakfast here. The waitress was really nice and the food yummy and beautifully presented. The cappucino was disappointing but the regular coffee was good.
I had high expectations because of the high review score then I was totally disappointed. It was Sunday, their menu selection was very limited. Their special Benny egg was great, but the drinks were terrible. Their mocha and matcha drink don't even meet the Starbucks standard. They were tasteless. (Check Bean Scene if you want real coffee).
Totally recommend! We went twice it was so good. Gets really busy so drag yourself out of bed and get there before 10. Starts serving alcohol at 9 ?
Decided to have breakfast here and try it out. Servers were very helpful and friendly, some nice vegan options are available on the menu. We both had the Huevos Ranchero with a side of mushrooms. The salsa was unremarkable and the refried beans were buried under the steamed spinach which was buried under the the chilli. There was a lot of bland tastes throughout this dish. Still, this location is worth trying another dish and see how that goes.
Poor Experience - here's why: Ordered two Lattes and two bagels with cream cheese for Take-Out (given wait time for table was 25-35 mins and we had a 2yr old in tow). Coffee provided right away (albeit one of them cold). Told 10 min wait for Bagels. 35 mins later upon asking twice for ETA was handed a plastic bag with semi burnt cold bagels and cream cheese separate no cutlery no napkins. Went back in to ask, gentleman brought out cutlery, laughed and said: "you weren't going to use your hands to spread that cream cheese?" (Joke, I know.... But really?) AVOID please.
We waited an hour for a table, but it was well worth the wait! The food came quickly and was delicious! Good size portions, a lot of in-store made items. Very friendly staff. I’d definitely return here! We tried the classic eggs Benedict, eggs Benedict special, Popeyes omelet, corned beef hash and the oat pancakes. Yumm
The power went out while we were eating here and our server handled it with grace and aplomb. I got the corned beef hash and it was really good. Oddly the toast and jam was the star of the show? I think they make both in house but yum yum very good. This is a cool place. Definitely hit it for breakfast/brunch if you're in town as a tourist. Great location on a fun stretch too.
