Long wait, wasn't impressed with coffee or baking. One of the workers was short tempered when serving. Will try different location next time.

Typical coffee shop. Much like others and their competitors. Business is clean and well maintained. They have many selections of coffee. Wasn't too busy when I was here. But I've heard it can be. Has a pleasant atmosphere. Smell of coffee permeates the air. Located around other businesses. Convenient location. There are others in Kelowna. Most of these coffee places remind me of all the rest. Just the coffee is different or unique to themselves.
Blend Coffee is a franchise business. They have a decent selection of coffees to choose from. They serve other blenz of coffee. So, if you are looking for a variety then drop into Blenz.The shop itself is super spacious, bright, and easy to navigate around inside. There's plenty of seating. They have outdoor seating as well. It is family friendly. You will feel comfortable with a small group.The coffee itself is okay. I had to wait a bit longer for a coffee mocha. We found the coffees a bit too milky. Tried both strawberry banana and the mixed berries protein shakes. Very good, they fill you longer than I had expected. Way better, healthier and cheaper option for breakfast than other coffee or restaurant I tried in Kelowna for breakfast.
Way better to get a shake here than trying the other breakfast coffee places around. Healthy, quick, cheaper than what the others are selling you!
Went in there yesterday morning and found the service to be rude and frankly disgusting. I heard the employee telling an elderly couple to put their mask over their noses and even though the employee was told they had exemptions still persisted to shout obscenities. The couple left as the employee and other customers laughed at them. So I left too. I will never go back to a company promoting division in society. Disgraceful and anti-Canadian not to mention unlawful
It’s not the same as it used to be before covid. Hours have been cut and new staff not always as accommodating with special requests pertaining to my drink order. The previous staff came to know me and my preferences and I didn’t even have to tell them anymore after done time. I feel bad for this location as it’s evident business has really suffered in the past year.
