This. Place. Is. Awesome.We were visiting Kelowna and my daughter and I were looking for a great breakfast. This place didn't disappoint. We had the 1/2 Beets Egg Benedict and Breakfast Burrito. Arrived at our table quickly and was fantastic. Really good value too with some of the menu being early bird specials too (before 830). Friendly service.Thanks for great breakfast!
Nothing like being spoken to like a child from a “employee/manager” when making a complaint about our food. When I spend my hard earned money in this crazy economy I don’t expect to be lectured or told I’m wrong when I make a complaint about the quality of my food. When you undercook French toast it’s easier to just admit your mistakes and make amends but instead you would rather argue with me and tell me I’ve complained too much and won’t honour the mistakes. Listen I get it everyone’s struggling but when my food is not cooked properly I expect some sort of amends not to be argued with, This will be my last visit and comment towards this company. Crazy good homemade comfort food at great prices. My friends and I were trying to figure out how they’re even making money. Definitely go out of your way to stop here!
If I can give zero stars I totally would.Horrible management and customer service, I’ve been to beets and boos regularly, I did so because I like to support small business’ rather then chain restaurants. Unfortunately they’ve messed up forgot menu items I’ve ordered quite a few times, On Tuesday may 24th I ordered my regular breakfast, I added on a French toast ($4) I get home from picking up my food, my French toast was left in the egg mix too long causing it to be mush in the middle, this morning I went in, I wanted to get my remake French toast I was offered for the next time I went in, well the ‘floor supervisor’ wouldn’t honour it because she couldn’t remember if I’ve had it remade already. Even though whoever answered when I called to complain told me they would remake it for when I ordered again. This is one place I definitely won’t be supporting again.
Finally got a chance to try the food here and was extremely disappointed with my takeout. Ordered the eggs Benny and by the time I got home the English muffin was so soggy I could barely cut through it.I realize takeout can be difficult to get right, but you should be experimenting to make it viable if you're offering it. Number 1, make a cut in the container to let all the steam out. 2, put the hollandaise in a side container..
Ordered food for delivery. The staff forgot to Include the soup, so I call back and server says we are to busy sorry call door dash for a credit. I said "I am busy also and this is the reason I am having it delivered." Everytime we order there is something wrong, but the level of service is always lacking no accountability of forgetting items or cold food. This place has gone downhill. Food today was a 6 out of ten at least and the service was a 2 out of 10.
My family and I came here for a little vacation not knowing we would encounter such great people! The 2 egg sandwich with the croissant was by far the best egg sandwich I’ve had. The server Danica and she was an amazing server. Highly recommend Beet ‘N Boo’s
We chose here to support local & to enjoy brunch. Dannica was our server & she was very kind & knowledgeable. Her service was amazing. The food was also amazing, I highly recommend the chorizo breakfast burrito!! Thanks for having us!
I've visited the restaurant quite a few times and never had a bad experience. Today I ordered a chicken club and chili cheese fries, the fries were either very mushy or the smaller pieces overdone. My chicken club carried a very off-putting after taste. The restaurant did take care of my affected items. I would not recommend those particular items, however the curry soup and beef dip are great ?
