One of the best Thai restaurants I have seen here in the west. Management and staff were very professional and entertaining. 14 of us showed up on short notice and they took it in stride. Compared to experiencing some authentic Thai restaurants in Thailand, this place was a real treat. Highly recommended.
The food here is delicious. I highly recommend the Gang Leung.
I wish i could put more than 5 stars to this restaurant cause they deserve at least 8 or 9. First of all the cuisine is simply delicious, I strongly recommend the creamy coconut soup. The meal comes in generous quantity and you can feel the love and care the owners put in their dish. Which leads me to my second point: the owners. Im not a local in Kelowna so i dont get to go that often but each time I came to Bai Tong, I got so well received by this lovely couple and their son Poom that I can only recommend them. Best thai place in town that is definitely for sure!! Looking forward to my next visit. Thanks again for your hospitality :)
Phenomenal food & service!! Just did pick up but the man working tonight was welcoming & put a huge smile on my face with his warmth. Food was also 10/10, fresh & delicious :) got the salad rolls & Autumn curry. Two thumbs up.

Nice Thai food. I love the pad Thai - sour n sweet flavors (don’t go with tomato sauce please - it’s for westerners lol) Service is good. I’m not a fan of salad roll but my husband finished them all! Tom yum goon is alright - not a fan either. By and large, a decent and nice Thai restaurant.Will def go second time (for pad Thai and might try curry next time)

Its a shame that so many other places are playing by the rules and Bai Thong don't feel the need to do their part. This is an honest and factual review.
I'd give this place 10 stars out of 5 if I could. Not only is the food good (I've probably tried every menu item by now), but the customer service and atmosphere are exemplary! The owner makes sure that everyone feels welcome and has a good time, which I appreciate.
I love the food here. I've never had a bad experience, and I've been more than twenty times. Ordering for pickup is fast, and they triple check to make sure your order is correct. Definitely going back.
