Cafeteria style restaurant where you order and pay first, and then they bring your food to you. Our cashier was very friendly and helpful with giving recommendations. Good selection of Italian alcohol. With an antipasto appetizer, pizza, pasta and two drinks, the bill came to around $53 before tip. Pizza was fresh and tasty - wish they had an option for stuffed crust!
The most critical component of a Neapolitan pizza is the dough, and Antico missed it by a mile. Their dough is mushy and heavy. I could not eat the border (I left the entire border on the plate). The border of a real Neapolitan pizza is fluffy and crunchy. It needs to grow so it can get a good char. The ingredients were good and so was the service, but that was it. We love wood fired pizza but are not returning to Antico.
Service was fast and friendly, pizza was delicious. Can’t ask for anything more than that! Can’t post a photo, I enjoyed it too much to take one!!
Best pizza I've had outside of Naples, Italy. Hands-down our go-to in Kelowna for a dine-in or take out pizza. Excellent quality, fantastic flavors and reasonable prices. 10/10 would recommend!
Pizza is proper thin crust and very good. The portions aren't too large, so you don't feel stuffed when you're done. The only negative if I really had to nitpick is that when they say it will be ready in 30min, leave yourself extra time because of the many times I have been here for take-out, I have always had to wait (but that also means it's fresh out of the oven).
Tony and the staff are incredible. They love what they do and you can taste the passion in every slice! Thank you for making Bella’s favorite pizza just the way she loves it! We appreciate the customer service and the incredible food. If you’re in Kelowna, stop by. You won’t be disappointed!!!
Picked up an Isola pizza for take out and it was excellent but my wife informs me the crust would have been crisper if we ate it there. Very close to waterfront hotels.
We have been seeking out the best pizza in Kelowna. We ordered pizza from Antico for the first time. An Isola, Americana and a Primavera. Let's just say we have been back!
Great wood fired pizza! Food was quick and services was helpful. Highly recommend for lunch and dinner. Get the margherita di bufala pizza!
The food was absolutely delicious. We heard about Antico from my daughter-in-law and was not disappointed. We ordered two salads and a chicken pesto pizza. Both splendid. Only reason for 4 stars is that the chef was audibly cruel to his staff. The young man serving us was so pleasant, yet I could hear him getting barked at constantly by the chef. This definitely stained my impression of the place. Other than that, my husband and I will definitely make it a point to return on our next trip to Kelowna!
