I'm not sure when 2 pieces of bacon became 1 piece folded over. When did courtesy get forgotten when dealing with customers ie. I'm sorry ma'am but that till is closed. To, I'm not serving that side. Really how is the customer to know which side is open.
A&W is one of my favorite burger chains. Other than the burgers, I also like their Onion rings and Yam fries. I always receive fresh and hot meals whenever I order. Staffs are friendly too.
We met the manager Sze and she’s the one serving us food. We love it because they give the food fresh and hot. And they’re are very accommodating in their customers. Thumb’s up for them.

I go to the orchard park a&w branch often, it is my favorite fast food place it seems to be meticulously run, the food and service is amazing..

There new 56 burger is ok but the Patty was so thin I bet you could look right through it.lol

I am giving a four out of five just because I think there is room for improvement. I would like to give the employees a benefit of the doubt. But I came there this morning I felt very rushed to order and I felt that the employees were not very happy. And it would’ve been nice to get ketchup with my hash brown not sure if that’s some thing I have to always ask for.Anyways I hope that this is received well and that the employees maybe put on a smile or a little bit nicer and have people not feeling a little rushed. That would be amazing. Thank you
