I'll always take A&W over other fast food burgers! Competitors leave me feeling either like I ate a plastic bag of rocks or I could have had more than the average dude..
Good quality food. I took fries and uncle burger and I was surprised by the quality.Also very clean and professional team.
I have been to a few A&W restaurants and this one also is nice to visit. Serves the lettuce wrapped burgers like the rest. They really do a nice job of it. Staff is friendly and service is quick at drive through. Really is worth trying one someday.??
For the love of god how is it so difficult to make a coffee ? I asked for a milk today because I always get too much cream in my coffee. One milk one sugar, and it is practically black. Making a coffee can't be this hard, can it ?
Not the quality that I have come to expect from A&W. When asking for extra seasoning on onion rings they completely doused the rings to where they are barely edible. Also twice I have felt sick after eating here. I'll be avoiding this location in the future.
This location was pretty fast, good quality food and drinks. Drive through and parking can be a challenge. Will go to again!
The following comments apply to the A and W on Lakeshore Road in Kelowna and NOT to the Gordon Drive franchise. I realized this error only after reading my post. I have no criticisms of the Gordon Road location as I have not visited it as yet, but I probably will wen I next feel like an A and W meal. It was the LAKESHORE ROAD A& W to which the following comments apply.Fries were stone cold and the "large" fries was only a tiny little bag, much smaller that a few weeks ago. Chubby chicken burger had NO dressing on it....dry. Teen burger was also much smaller than usual with minimal anything added to it. A couple of bites and it was gone.....also made in advance and handed to us through the take-out window immediately after we ordered (no car line-up). They have either cut back on portions and quality significantly, or have cut corners in some way to reduce costs.....but they have lost us as customers.
Incredibly poor treatment by the manager of the store this morning, ……no condiments in bag, Rather than make good she elected to bring me into the office and try to show video of her packing the condiments. Refused to relent! That’s just fine, white spot it’s just up the road.
Good place except for a new lineup for drive-thru sometimes.
Stopped for some A and W fries for the grand kids...and a couple coffees for us ....quick service and easy in and out...the coffee has really improved as of late ...
