always good and reliable and gets the order right every time, use them at least 2 times a month and all during the pandemic, never failed to produce and is easy to get to heading home, which is south on Hwy 97 towards the lake to pull into and then get back on the road home.
Another one of those "sorry our dining is closed at 836pm and can't take walk up orders to drive-thru" ... what kinda of a joke business is this? Went and spent my money elsewhere? umm there's a McDonald's, BK, Wendy's and Arby's spitting distance.. A&W dropped the ball
The meals were great, but it was the woman working the front counter who made me want to leave a review. She was so friendly and joyful and really enhanced our late night burger run tonight!
Thank you for going above and beyond tonight! I pulled into the drive thru fairly late because your neighbor ran out of ice cream and apple turnovers. The team at A&W were ten minutes from closing and made me fresh apple turnovers! Will be coming back for sure.
Terrible customer service. If they forget your fries you better keep your receipt or they will laugh at you and make you seem like a liar. Very disappointed in their customer service.
The best A&W in Kelowna. Food is always fresh, the restaurant is clean and the service is great!
We love A&W it is our go to place since Covid started. Always clean, quick and tasty. Sad to say that today when I requested our rootbeer in glassmugs I was told they no longer do this. WHAT!? There will be no 5th star until they do.
Lack of walk up customers to the drive through window along with early closing hours in the dinning room leads to hungry truck drivers. ANW across Canada accepted walk up to the drive through expect this location.Truck drivers feed the country but you guys state it's a security issue. Someone can do just as much harm from they're car as they can walking up.Not impressed. I will be talking to Silvia in the morning and Corp office.
Great place. Great food. Pretty relaxed with the covid rules
I was truly impressed by the counter staff at this location. Despite changing our order more than once, nothing but patience was displayed to us. It truly felt like a restaurant meal more than a fast food experience. Our food was brought to our table when ready, fresh and hot. Staff was great at customer service.
