TERRIBLE!!! The service was obliviously bad (I don't think our main waitress has ever even eaten in a restaurant, let alone been trained to work in one - she didn't know the specials, didn't know which wines they had in stock, and is clearly a shy person who can't communicate well with customers and doesn't belong in a service industry position... the second waitress helping our table was also spaced-out and barely better) - wine wasn't served properly, just plopped on the table with bottle closed and left there; appetizers were delivered and left with no napkins, utensils or side plates; main food was ordered incorrectly (server's mistake as I heard it being requested properly but the waitress didn't listen); food quality was worthy of the grocery store freezer section if I'm being generous (especially the flatbreads and fries - both were terrible), BOTH bills at our table were incorrect; and finally a bag requested to take home leftover wine in the bottle wasn't brought so I had to go up to the bar and ask for one... Everything was awful here - it's a shabby old sports bar with low-quality food and terrible untrained servers (at least the ones we had tonight, August 2, 2022). This was my first and last time here.
Ordered thier "Trash Can Nachos" to our room at Best western, they never even made them and when we called asking what's taking so long they claimed they never received the order even though I had received an email from them saying it was being prepared. They then refused to discuss the issue any further. Bad service from poor staff.
Service was great. Beer was cold and fairly inexpensive. Food was tasty. Everything you would want from a pub.
Good place to be relax and quick stop for a drink. Nachos are top in list. We went twice just for nachos.
Typical pub fare. Food is 3/5 at best, if hungry. 4 stars are for 50% off (!) appetizers on Tuesday, and a 20oz draft pint on special for $5 (!!) that same night (maybe other nights as well, but I only go on Tuesdays)
Decided to try a new place to eat and chose this one based on the menu. Lots of veggie options and good variety. Excellent drink selection. Food was pretty good. I had the chicken fingers with smokey bacon Mac n cheese. Which sadly wasn't very cheesy, but it was still very good. Definitely tasted smokey, and the bacon was nice and crisp. Chicken was great and the maple dip is incredible. Only criticism is the service was a bit slow, waited a while for food to come out and get the bill as well. On a Sunday it was not busy at all. OH AND THEY HAVE A POOL TABLE. And big TVs. Will definitely go back for more food!
Good Atmosphere; lots of sports on many TV's. Awesome fries! Fish & Chips: fish was greesy. Service was good.
In town for work and looking for a good fish and chips.What I got for take out, wasn't that, and no, I didn't have to drive very far before I got to open the bag and eat. Less than 8 minutes away.Breading wasn't done inside and slimy and maybe because it was too thick. Fries maybe in the frier for two minutes.They were wet and not done. Disappointing.
Great service and fun, open and bright atmosphere.Lots of variety for beverages.I do wish there were more vegetarian menu options but I can get by with the baked brie just fine for now ??
Amazing Experience! Joined them for their Valentines Day menu and was blown away. Both the Short Rib and Risotto dishes were spot on. Great value, good service and food was out of this world.
