I love Wendy's, but my second time to this location, first was fairly rough, but fast food is what you get most the time.However my second visit... Like common, seriously disgusted.
There bacon ? deluxe was outstanding and the Asiago chicken ? bacon ? ranch (spicey)was excellent.There French fries ? are very fresh and tasty.Love the chocolate ? frosties.
The food was great. There were a couple of mistakes on my order, but they resolved them quickly. Very friendly staff.
Went to the rebuilt Wendy's mid morning, ordered a orange juice in the drive thru. Waited 20 min for 1 person to be served, waited an additional 7 min and the second person in front of me still hadn't been served. Way to slow for fast food. Get it together with your service times!!
Ordered a large rootbeer, got a large ice with a side of rootbeer. There was so much ice i could barely get the straw inside, im surprised it didnt break. Bacon was lacking on the baconator, got 4 half strips, so 2 full slices of bacon, pretty sure thats not the right amount, the name of the burger is baconator, not some bacon on a burger... is this place turning into the next mcdonalds, come on wendys youre better than this.... uodate straw will not reach bottom of cup due to too much ice and therss so much shaking it and trting to move the straw does not work... if any restaurants need ice tonight for their bar i can supply you with some as i was given plenty instead of a drink...
As a Wendy's connoisseur I love Wendy's. When I found out they were making another location near me, I was ecstatic. And when They first opened, they were great.However they have really dropped the ball lately. In the last 2 visits this week, They have charged me for food I didn't get and failed to cancel my mobile order and I was still charged.Very upsetting.
Ordered at 5:16, finally drove down there at 7. They were busy,but not 2 hrs for a burger busy. Even then the order was missing items. If your craving Wendy's, I suggest ordering from the one on columbia street.
Good food, always fresh, and the employees are usually super friendly. They keep the place clean, and as quiet as a busy fast food place can be.
The spicy chicken burger is SO good that I'm leaving a Google review as I sit here in this exact Wendy's to compliment, must be the amazing staff they have that causes the chicken to taste so happy! Thank you for your hard work, delicious!
We came in and ordered 2 meals with a frosty, the people who ordered after us got their food first.. I waited by the pick up order spot for about 20 minutes and had to ask for my order. The lady making the food was not happy she had to make our food again. I know it's busy and work in fast food as well but they could have asked what I was waiting for but was left unacknowledged
