The drivethru was painfully slow. 6 cars ahead of me and it took almost a half hour. I was trapped, so forced to do the wait. Fries were barely warm, but the frosty was good and the burger had bacon on it, even though I ordered the plain burger. I'm allergic to bacon. I was sick on my trip home. This was a road trip. I chose Wendy's for fast service because I was in a rush. I won't make that mistake again. If there's more than two in line, I'll pass.
Stopped to try the new strawberry Frosty. Long line. No strawberry Frosty. People could care less about me, my order or any food they make. Do your self a favor and drive a few more minutes and get some food from a local restaurant in the middle of town.
I broke down no breakfast and was starving. Probably the best french fries in the fast food industry the burger wasn't bad either fresh tomato etc.
Salad is very good but it's far too small for the price. Fries need to be hot and crispy all day, nobody wants limp warm fries. New pop dispensers great with all the options. New seating is not that comfortable though.
The renovations look nice. The staff were friendly and the service quick. And of course the burgers are always on point.I do really appreciate the size of the drinks here too. Probably shouldn't, but I do.
Been here twice and both times it’s at least a twenty minute wait at the drive thru.I genuinely will not return here- you’re better off driving to a real restaurant and walking in, ordering takeaway at the counter, sitting in the lobby idle while families and lovers walk by to enjoy a nice dine in experience, collecting your bagful of sad food and driving home, going in to your basement, disregarding the lights and sitting down on a dirty couch and eating the food in the dark, alone, staring at a tv screen that isn’t on. That would be a better experience than coming here and dying old in the drive thru line to get a miserable bag of food, wasting what little time you have on this earth to be immediately disappointed not only by the service and quality but also and most importantly by the time it takes to maneuver through the drive thru experience
I bought one medium frosty cost 4 dollars when I checked my bank account! Website says other wise. Wasnt expecting to be that high! He said 3 dollars in the drive through. Wont be going to this location again.
had the most disgusting salad from there today apple pecan, lettuce discolored couple skimpy pieces, chicken tasted spices, apple pieces some bruised looking.
Last night we visited the Wendy’s location in Kamloops, BC at 910 Columbia St W around 9pm. After returning home we opened our 4 burgers and took a bite. Each burger was more raw than the last. Although our burgers were replaced, the manager and staff acted as though they wanted us to leave as fast as possible and that our concern wasn’t as huge as it was. We are extremely upset that these were even sent out of the kitchen. There is no way any of the member of staff would have thought these were cooked. Very disappointed.
Brutally long wait with only two vehicles in front of us we waited 15 just to order then we had to wait for our food. At least once the food came it was hot and tasted good. Not sure I will come back to this location though. Not sure what's going on but I would think they would have enough staff by now. So not sure. If in a rush be prepared this location may take a long time. If I ever go again I will update this post if the service is better. 3 stars because the food was good once it arrived.
