Good food but short staffed
Rarely do I go to the Brazilian-owned Tim's chain. Watery coffee and so-so food as was the case today April 12, 2021. Guess I'm not Cdn enough. Visiting the drive-thru I ordered coffee, a sandwich and potato wedges for a meal deal. (( said all of these words.) I was asked about the coffee. Yes one cream please. At the window I got only the coffee and sandwich. ?? Oh, well, let me talk to my manager. It's wasn't worth the wait. During noon hour, wouldn't someone at least check if I wanted the meal even if they didn't hear me say it? Just didn't make sense.
I don't usually write reviews, but I feel I have a need to. I always get a steeped tea in my way to work in the morning as well as when I take my elderly mom shopping on the weekends. In the last month I have told 4 times by this location they are out of steeped tea. I feel that it's like telling your coffee drinkers that you've run out of coffee. Yesturday was the most frustrating one as I sat in line for 10 min on my way to work only to be told we are out of steeped tea. There are 3 other locations of Tim's on my way to work, this may be the last time I visit this particular location.
This is the one place I’ll continue to write reviews for. Be careful trying to trust them not to mess up two coffees.
always favourite
I guess because of the construction of the nearby gas bar, parking here is pretty tight and atrocious... especially if driving a big rig. But the same coffee and food is available here; the same decor and tables with electrical outlets to plug in devices; the same TH wifi; and the same young people working the same job. Busy location... great location... interesting totem pole on the corner for some artistic and historical ambience.
Stopped here for coffee after shopping at the Real Canadian Superstore which shares the car park. Good coffee and friendly service..
