Inconsistent quality and service. Nice decor to sit and have a coffee.
I have mixed feelings about this place. The drive through is always about a 25 min wait but the inside is fairly quick... the inside almost never messes up an order but the drive through always messes something up. I dont think there has been one time where the drive through got my order right.
Very poor customer service with walk in guests...no other customers in line, drive thru not busy, 2 cars...and still waited over 5 minutes for a chicken wrap because no one out of the 5 staffers on the floor, had the gumption to let me know there was a delay or that they would check on it or anything...i just stood there wondering if i even ordered at all. No apology or explanation or attempt to remedy situation. Very poor service and obviously poor supervision/management
Nice employees. Drive thru can take a little bit to get thru.
This is the best Tim’s in the city in terms of efficient, pleasant, accurate drive though service. I go out of my way for this one!
Loved this place but got burned from a hot tea when the cover wasn't put on right. They also didn't honor what had happened. Sad. It use to be my favorite place..
Fresh decaf for me as I waited..Friendly chicky behind the counter and helped with my roll up, via instructions to cell. Very pleasant experience right up to my smiley face on the lid
Well, fast service, just don't ask questionsThe staff isn't informed timms is timms.
I've only been to the drive through. Service is always great. If you're downtown, it's with going a little farther to this location and skipping the dumpster fire that is the downtown location.
Tim Hortons used serve hot coffee. Americans are never hot. I ordered a decaf coffee. It was cold too
