Poor to no service so finally left without ordering, Lots of staff but too busy talking to each other. Some of the staff was working hard. This was not the first time - 1st time waited until finally served, 2nd time waited and left, 3rd time left and then this review. Where are the managers? Lost my business.
Cashier was very courteous and efficient. Filled order for 3 of us no mistakes. Lots of selection baked goods. Very tasty. Coffee good as always!
This is seriously the slowest Tim Hortons in Canada. They are supposed to be 24 hours but are consistently inconsistent with when they are open in the mornings or even have food/drink ready. I’m there between 0430-0515.Then as you can see from the picture it appears they just stuffed the fillings for my wrap in the box then the rest of the wrap on top.
Nice servers at this Tim Hortons. Line up usually small. Like all Tim Hortons the bakery selection is gone after 17:00
Lied twice after paying for large and BoTH different times was given a medium. Went to another Tim's and properly got a large. I knew they were lying ????
It's a relatively clean location, that I can't say for other locations in town. I am from the area so I often would go grab a coffee and go on walks. The reason for the 2 stars is because of the poor Customer Service. Don't expect smiles and any kind of response after saying to them "thank you, have a good day", it can take a while to get a coffee and they won't offer napkins for the food or a sleeve for the coffee. If you go in there having a good day be prepared for a miserable staff member that will kill you're mood.
Every single Time we order classic iced coffee‘s, they come either way too sweet or way too strong. I worked at Tim Hortons in the past and I know everything has exact portioning and it’s quite easy to put 4 pumps of cane syrup and click “iced coffee, size” on the dispensers. SO why do they always come out wrong???
I stopped by before they started preparing lunch at 11am. I asked for twenty sandwiches, and they came through and on time. Very well done. Thank you.
Done with this place. NEVERRRRRR gets a single order of mine or my best friends. Your job isn't that hard. Do better
Ordered these 2 sandwiches....I thought it was I pay you make it .....its sad a person can't get proper basic service anymore ....it took me about 2 mins to remake properly thats with pics lol ...
