Bitter sweet experience ordering from the drive through. However, ANJANA, one of the guys who work there is amazing! One of the few people among all the drive throughs in Kamloops who knows "Customer Service"! Huge shout out to this guy!5 stars just for this guy
I love all Tim Hortons and this one is a great spot located beside super store on Sahali it's nice to grab a coffee after a Long shopping trip and the drive thru is extremely fast for how busy they can get..Last visit My son and I went into the restaurant part and it was pretty dirty no clean tables so we ended up taking our food and ate in the car the only down fall was this they need one person strictly on lobby but other then this great quality food, staff is nice and for how busy it looks they get you thru fast worth the little wait.
Worst service ever ??. I am truck driver and the lobby was closed and they told me to bring any vehicle to drive thru then they gonna serve me coffee, now how can i bring my 53 feet truck to drive thru. Dumb staff ever. ????
Asked for a honey dip donut, got an old fashioned glazed. That’s like asking for a nice steak dinner but you get slapped in the face instead.
Conveniently located in shopping area. Large parking lot, staff were quick and organized. Bathrooms/eating area were clean.
Worst service ever. Takes forever for them to take your order. Then they screw it up and argue that’s what you ordered. Then junked up hobos hassle you while you wait. Definitely the reason I think Tim hortons should pack up and go. Bring in a coffee place with some pride in what they do. #BoycottTimHortons
It woukd be nice if the people that worked the drive through spoke and understood English. Who likes to repeat thier order 6-7 times and still get the order wrong. The money Tims makes you'd think they would hire people with at least a sound knowledge of the English language and not thier relatives that just got off the boat that only understand hi and bye.
Not a pleasant experience, 3 people at separate booths passed out cold. I asked the teller if this was the "norm" now, people coming here to pass out. I pointed them out to her and was dismissed. I found it hard comunicating with the person who took my order due to poor knowledge of the english language.But on the positive side they got my order correct, the first time in many visits. This is the reason i gave them any stars at all.What happened to the Tim Hortons of old?Definitely not the same
Please teach your staff how to give proper change... I don't want $2 & 4 dimes as change when I PAY with a $5 bill for my large ice coffee ($2.60) Sheesh... That's not the only time they've screwed up like that!! PROPER CASH REGISTER TRAINING... PLEASE AND THANK YOU!! ??
Love the large white hot chocolate with a Chai tea bag! My son's favorite! Now it's my favorite too! And went all out with a Black Forest Cake doughnut! Yum! Don't need supper now ? Service was great. Arrived when it was not very busy inside but the drive-thru was very busy!!
