I came to get a coffee at 8:30. Dine in was already locked, no posted signs and website is woefully wrong.
Slow prep time and agonizing line lengths due to low staff count makes this mediocre coffee joint even more painful and slow.don't eat here if you value your time
This is not a good location for any business to be stuck in, but despite their circumstances they're easily the fastest Tim's in town. I go almost every other day. Fantastic customer service while dealing with some of downtown's most colorful characters with little support from nearby security or police.The staff here all honestly deserve a raise - if they can handle working here, they can do anything.
Worst Timmy's I have ever experienced. As soon as I walked in there was homeless belongings in the lobby, noone homeless person around. They could clean that up. Every single table inside was dirty. The staff was incredibly slow, not helping the line of people out the door. I ordered Chilli and the two people behind me got their order first...a cooffe and a sandwich. How hard is it to follow your training procedure? Absolutely a disgrace to Mr.Horton!!!!! Wheres management???
Deceptive. Claim they are open 24 hours, but when called to ask why their store was lit up and fully locked, they explained they lock up early to clean. They claim to close at 11 on weekends. I arrived at 10:40, they were already locked up. When I asked why they were closed early, they just said “okay thank you” and hung up. Pretty disappointed.
I specifically asked for a crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap and checked that it was crispy twice, but they still said yes and gave me slow cooked. Couldn’t grab another door to bus times
Always visit here for a small cup of evening beverage. Hot chocolate was as always good but I liked the London Fog better. Didn't know that London fog was white chocolate and earl Grey tea. Must try that one.
This Tim Hortons in particular is awful. The staff in the drive through just throws the interact machine at you so rudely , they don’t even take the time to wrap your sandwich at all, it falls apart. Never mind the fact that the food is always cold and disgusting. The owner of this place doesn’t even respond to any of the negative reviews which tells me he doesn’t care.
It's a typical Tim's but could be a little quicker service most times especially inside the building.
Hardly anyone was waiting, and they still managed to spend over 10 minutes to make one cup of coffee. Staffs were moving slowly, and everyone was confused about their current duty and spent more time finding out what to do than actually working. This branch's been like this since I knew it. Pity that the owner has to pay for such low quality workers.
