We bought two wrap meals and, as you can see in the picture, they put zero effort into wrapping one of them. It was all torn and ripped. Clearly no concern for customers. I'd go to any of the others Tim Horton's before going here.
Went through the drive through. Guy barely put the drinks in the drink tray and they spilled very hot coffee everywhere in my car and on me when he handed them to me. Also the container of potato wedges were only half full. Overall very poor service.
Too many times have I been to this Tim Hortons to find my food just thrown together. I’ve literally been handed FROZEN hash browns. I can happily say I have not eaten at Tim Hortons in 3 months now. I won’t be back. The quality has been thrown out the window.
Pressed for time and stopped in as there was no lineup. Ordered a breadkfast farmers wrap combo with coffee. Coffee was decent, hash brown was soggy, and the wrap was vile and had to choke it down to curb my hunger. I know better then to eat at this chain but once again decided to give it a shot. My mistake. Dark roast coffee is decent....skip anything to do with food.
Ordered 4 cheese bagels toasted with butter. Barely warm, not toasted, dry and chewy. The cheese in the bagel looks like some kind of liquid cheese swirled in. Never did like the coffee anyways.Oh and I was called up to order and when I got there the girl said nothing. Had to ask if I heard wrong.
Do NOT go here for the lunch rush! When I walked in at 11:40am, there was just one guy in front of me. He had a big order, so as there was only one till open, I stood there for 15 minutes waiting to place my order, which they then got wrong. Part of the order was missing and the part I did get was wrong. At that point I couldn't be bothered and just ate what I was given. Had to hunt around for a table that was clean enough to sit at, as none of them had been wiped down. Someone came out to do that when I'd finished eating. Should have gone to the drive-thru I guess.
I would give zero stars if I could. Rude order receiver and missing items. Only One pc of bacon on my breakfast sandwich.
I don't know if this is a reoccurring theme, but the service here in Kamloops has been awful at best. 20 min to get a wrong order in Tim Hortons with no line before we ordered. This has been quite a trip.
New management April 26-27.Been coming here for years and now going to look for a new place.It is now slow with inaccurate orders and no happy faces to be seen anywhere behind the counter. Till girl grumpy, sandwich guy barking orders and assistant manager walking around the kitchen with 2nd degree burn on her forearm with no first aid dressing.
The gentleman that took our order yesterday had excelent customer service. Even with a mask on we knew he smiled on our order. Definitely the best attitude!He made everyone's day.Kudos to him and his amazing work ethic.
