Usually it's a 5/5 star experience, but a few days ago my partner and I went and we didn't recognize the people who worked there. He usually orders the no. 4 and the workers spent more time than normal making our orders because they were chatting. We didn't mind the chatting or that it took a bit longer, but they forgot the egg and pita chip. When we went back to them, they gave us the egg, but forgot the pita chip. We asked about it but they shrugged it off and we didn't want confrontation so we didn't say anything.
Every time I go here they always mess my order up. I asked for a Buffalo chicken bowl, and eneded up with a chicken wrap. Asked for a Pegasus salad and got the sunshine salad. Losing count of how many times they have messed up. I understand mistakes happen but it is constantly. Very sad when you have to open you box in front of them to make sure you have the right thing.
I asked for a grilled chicken ceasar wrap and got a chicken ceasar. Not a terrible mistake but thats 2 visits (my only 2) and mistakes both times. The Menu is terrible to read so I even asked if I can add chicken to the wrap. Maybe next year I try again. Cheers

The spicy chicken sandwich on sour dough bread with their house ranch to dip it in, is my absolute favourite!
Usually love going to this place but today was unpleasant. Ordered two No. 6 and got two No.2. I know people make mistakes but when I went up to ask about it I was questioned and she then gossiped to her other coworker. I didn't feel like finishing eating there and just left. Otherwise, I love eating here and have many times.

Everytime I come to this location the attitude from the girls working here is crazy. You’d expect more from paying $20 for lunch plus tip.
