Delightful in its decoration. High ceilings and brick wall all add to the ambience. Great coffee. Lunch, vegetarian and gluten free choices. Some outdoor shaded seating right on the main drag of downtown. Some items, like jewellery, books and pottery for sale. Amazing art, for sale, on the wall.
Seems popular to the locals. Although, how would I know. Nice selection of lunch options and baked goods. Not extensive but they do look well done.
I love this place- real, homemade food made with fresh ingredients. There are vegan and gluten free choices, great staff, and an awesome atmosphere. Art of all kinds is for sale, including paintings, stained glass, handmade jewelry and more. There's a nice outdoor patio too. My favorite place for lunch or tea (and a treat!) in Kamloops.
Super cute cafe! The quiche and soup options are always interesting and delicious. Very good dirty chai. The muffins are not to my taste - a bit tasteless and cardboard-y - but everything else is great, and it's a lovely place to sit and read with a coffee and a snack.

Absolutely love that they have vegan options and that everything is homemade!! Got the soup, cornbread and a rice crispy! All so delicious. They have such unique art, handmade things and a large selection of gifts!
I love the tea-for-two, and their chocolate haystack cookie has been consistently a perfectly made and larger than life version that's worth the slightly higher cost.Verdict: the high quality versions of simple things. Hobbits would approve.
A reliable experience. A great variety of teas. Consistently good quality espresso drinks. The baked goods are alright, but odd as it sounds, the wraps are where the food really shines. Some unexpected but highly complementary flavors in there.Location also showcases a number of local artists and crafts persons work. Good spot to shop for gifts.
Great food especially their soups n gluten free cornbread. I'm from out of town and if I don't return home with pieces of their quinoa cake, there would be very disappointed family.The place has great atmosphere: It's great to sit in the restaurant eating great food n enjoying the artwork.
