Fries were cold, Burrito was great once I had it remade, original had nothing but the wrap. The Manager remade it but didn't seem to really care about the quality. One of the worst experiences for a fast food.
I'm not sure why? They seem to put the person taking orders in drive thru with the worst English speaking skills possible. Often your left repeating your order several times them when you recieve your order and pay for it its always incorrect. Missing almost something you requested. Who ever makes the burritos at this place better start putting filling in the wrap. For what they are charging we are severely getting ripped off for what we are being charged for.

I have never had a bad experience here. They closed the KFC Taco Bell in my town (West Kelowna), so now I make a point to stop here on my way through Kamloops when I'm on the road for work.Can't say anything about the KFC menu because I don't eat KFC, but every item on the Taco Bell menu is as good as it gets for Taco Bell. They always get my custom orders correct and they're always super friendly in the drive-thru.
Doesn’t deliver to Brock on Uber Eats, why the heck not?!?! I can order from McDonalds across the street and have it delivered to brock…
Fast food right? It’s all about perception. The place I went to was buddy, however the wait time was surprisingly short. The staff friendly, interactive, an all round good 1st time exp. Never had Taco Bell before, but this exp will bring me back, because, while we don’t always remember certain details, of any given scenario, we always remember how we felt in that scenario, and after I ate here…I feltg-o-o-d. Bon aperitif
Good food and great quality food for the day. The staff where do the best the best with limited stock because of transportation issues

Quality of food is what you would expect at any taco bell. I had the beef burrito, was not a tight burrito but did the job. There is usually a line up whenever I go here, wait time just a few minutes.
