Their spider roll is very special! The crunch California roll surprised me, I love it so much!Very good service.I will definitely go back.
Love this place! The staff are polite and kind. The atmosphere is welcoming and calm. A great place to go for delicious, fresh sushi ? It is always enjoyable to go to Sushi Royal Tokyo and then walk downtown Kamloops. Such a beautiful area with the twinkle lights in the evening and Riverside Park.
Amazing service, food took barely any time to arrive, and the sushi was great. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.
The lunch box was good. The tempura batter was not overwhelming and it was crunchy. The California roll was more delicious than the regular ones. My husband had sashimi lunch and he said it was very good. Daughter had sushi lunch, most of it was California roll which a little disappointing. Green tea was free, just like in Japan which was nice. It was a pricey option for lunch but coming from a city where good Japanese food is scarce, I think it was worth it. Parking was a little hard, we had to find parking at the road.
This was my go-to spot for AYCE sushi pre-covid. I went for brunch, and it was still the same amazing food I remember. Fresh, delicious fish, and some other pretty good hot foods. Of course, their price for whole day dinner menu went up a little bit: $26.95, but the food itself was still good quality, and they don't skimp on the fillings. They even put less rice than most other places. Bottom line, they are still a solid place for AYCE sushi and still probably the best in the neighborhood.
Used to be my favourite restaurent in Kamloops. Me and my friends are not going back there after tonight. They failed to give us the right food or the quantity we orderd, on top of that they made us wait for 2 hours + for the food. They were too busy serving food to skip the dishes, and pretty much avoided serving food to the people who were waiting go the food. At a point we had too much, so decided to leave. Since it was taking too late and we did not get the right food the server apolozised and told that he would talk to the person in-charge to do something about the bill. He was denied and we ended up paying the full bill. Only because of the server's good behaviour we did not say anyting. This one star goes to the guy who helped us tonight. The restaunet deserves 0 star for tonights service.
I was on a business trip and stopped here for dinner. Chirashi bowl was super fresh and great.Next time I'm in Kamloops, I will definitely eat sushi at Royal Tokyo again.
Have only been once but the service and the food were exceptional! The prices are very reasonable. I've never had a better yam tempura roll. I will definitely be going back and would recommend giving it a try if you haven't already.
The girl server was so welcoming and their behaviour is amazing ?My son and I had a great time. Also the foods were really delicious.♥️♥️♥️
We really enjoyed an authentic Japanese cuisine experience. Food was excellent, service was great and the price was reasonable. Definitely go back again
