Was rude, and charged extra for avacodo that was supposed to be there.added extra ham for no reason.

Was refused service because I had a coupon. Strangest treatment I’ve received in quite a while.
They are not taking national coupons due to staff shortages. There were 3 of them working and I was the only one in there. What would've been an $18 purchase cost $32. In hindsight, I should've just left.
I usually drive the extra mile to go to this location if I can... it is always so good. And to be honest my 1 star rating isn't about an employee... it is about the fact that they're not taking coupons in Kamloops yet they sent them out to all residents. They claim it is staffing, but every location has the staff.. 1 person owns them all and I believe he is being cheap. I mean honestly... the coupons help us to better afford it. It brings in more clients... yet you turn them away. Truly disappointed
Food is ok and the employees are great but owner is not great. Owns all 9 locations in Kamloops and does not support the community. My money will be spent elsewhere
What can I say. It’s always consistent and you know what flavor your taste buds are expecting. It’s pretty tasty but you wouldn’t want it everyday.
