Used them for catering they lost my catering order despite ordering it 1 week in advance. They attempted to argue with my husband first saying that they lost the catering order and then that they had it but he was 20 min early. I took a picture of the order form it definitely says 11am. And how can they both have lost it and tell us we had the wrong pick up time. It just made no sense. They then made the wrong sandwiches for our order. All in all our party guests sat waiting for subs. We spent around $100 for poor customer service and the wrong food. Manager will not make it right and keeps giving us the run around. Definitely don't use them for catering!!
Best sandwich I've ever had at a Subway. Staff were engaging, courteous, adept and swift in their execution. 11/10, will return for sure.
Greeted upon entry. Very friendly. Super quick. More people appeared as needed. Very well run.

Ordered a veggie sub. Every subway I go to makes them good. This one had to add half a bottle of mustard and half a bottle of sweet onion sauce. I ordered those, but they added so much my bread was soggy and it was dripping out. I don't know how the worker decided that much wasn't enough. I ended up chucking that sub in the garbage. Complaining wasn't worth my time. They had one job...
Doors locked at 8:30 with open sign still on hopefully the owners know that change your times you clowns.
Terrible owner of this franchise. Doesn't honor coupons because he is greedy. Food is sub par at best.
Decent service. Problems with there tills so they just gave me my sub free.
I went into subway tonight at 738, I pull up and the lady is mopping, looking at me park shaking her head, already not feeling welcomed, we entered and tip toed and said sorry for messing up the mopping, she rolled her eyes and made a ugh sound, the lady at the front was very kind, we decided to leave as i have never been treated like such trash in my life, went to freshii and had a enjoyable experience with friendly staff, youd think having a job in a global pandemic would make value it and treat other humans with respect, not like garbage, because your trying to mop 25 mins before close so you can leave early. Very disappointed in the way we got treated.
Great experience at this Subway. I just also learned they do gluten free at Subway now!
